I had na amazing experience with Gibbs Gillepsie in Ealing Broadway! I had a very challeging property to sale and Leah and her team (Luke and Rohan) did not measure their efforts to support ant assist me with everything I needed through all the ups and downs for my sale. I definetely recommend them!

Biggest bunch of useless, lying, slimy salesmen I have ever come across.

From day one they have been useless, but to give you an example, I am waiting for over £3000 of deposit to be returned to me from my previous tenancy. They told me they have been chasing the landlady weekly and for me not to worry.

I get hold of the land lady myself, and she received one email over a month ago….

It’s lucky they are in London where needs far out way service quality….

We cannot reccomend Gibbs Gillespie enough. Leah and her team in the Ealing Broadway office were exceptional from start to finish. She suggested an initial selling strategy to enable us to 'test' our marketing price and we ended up acheiving a full asking price offer within just 4 viewings and less than 3 weeks on the market. Her team are brilliant, very knowledgeable and worked with us throughout the whole process to ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. Buying and selling is a very stressful process but Leah and the team went above and beyond. We also wanted to thank Irene who progresses the sales within the team, she was always on hand to help us with any queiries and her chasing and proactive approach ensured we acheived the outcome we needed for our exchange and completion date.

The team at Gibbs Gillespie(Ealing Broadway) have been a complete joy to work with on my house - buying journey. Luke & Rohann were highly professional & helpful when showing me around properties, & Leah has been very proactive, helpful & efficient throughout the process; she is always calm, positive & amenable, & has helped me with updates & answers to queries throughout the process.

One of the best estate agency I must say. As a tenant we have been almost all agencies in uk as a tenant. But here I came as a tenant and ending up as owner!!! And I must thanks Leah Verasammy from Ealing Broadway branch. She is the most wonderful person we came across.Without her help this journey would never been possible. Since the day we dreamed of buying the house we were living Leah was always there to help. She even help us with our own lawyer when we were struggling with documents and she just call me and offered her help without even asking!! she sort everything out by herself. Honestly There is not enough word to thank or appreciate for how she helped us, her dedication to work for people is just wonderful.

On the surface, selling my apartment in Ealing should have been simple and straightforward, but it was anything but!
In all, it took 15 months to bring to a favourable conclusion, and might have fallen over at a few obstacles, but for the timely and professional intervention of Leah Verasammy, Gibbs Gillespie, Ealing Office.
From the time I communicated to GG (who were acting as my letting agent) that I wished to sell up my property, Leah was by my side, laying out the likely progression, timely communication of emerging issues, and suggested solutions. One particularly critical intervention, very late in the process, probably made the difference between a successful outcome, or a reboot of the whole sale process.
Very pleased with the relationship she built with me - I think she was as pleased with the completion of the sale as I was!!

I had the pleasure to sell a property for a friend, sadly I picked the wrong agent! The company I should have picked was Gibbs Gillespie, and the person to do this would be Leah Verasammy​​​​. Of all the agents I met, she is head and shoulders above the others. She spent time looking at the pagents, understood why it was challenging to sell, most importantly she is honest. Forget the rest of the, if you want to sell a property, this is the agent for you.

Moved from an international location, Liam set me up and was very helpful overall. Sadly I had to relocate and the move out process was very simple. 100% recomended!

I write this review as I await emergency surgery in hospital since Christmas Eve highly likely bought on by the sheer stress I have been put through these past months as we were served a no fault eviction.. just another contributor to the homelessness crisis despite having paid over £80k+ towards someone's lifestyle/asset it seems these f'ers just cannot get us a property to rent.. pets, part dss etc seems to be such an issue with unscrupulous private landlords my advice find built to rent with legitimate corporate landlords less discrimination and a better chance

Although I didn't use Gibbs Gillespie Estate Agents to sell my property, they were fantastic at supporting me through the process. They were honest through difficult times, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve known her since her early times as a property consultant at Northfields in Pitshanger Lane. Fast forward and now she is the manager at GIBS GILLESPIE., Ealing Broadway. All these years I’ve known here NEVER has she shied away ASSISTING or giving HONEST and HELPFUL advice.

I recall several phone calls from him on a bank holiday weekend where he went the extra mile (as most wouldn't) and got us to where we needed to be. He guided us when to take our time and when to work quickly as needed. Selling a property can be really really stressful with a lot of uncertainty and you need to have a team you can trust - I feel very grateful to have have such a support.
