First class service from the lads at Gibson removals. The vans arrived on time and they took care of everything. We had some complications with our American fridge freezer, but the guys were in hand to support. Nothing was too much, extremely polite, friendly and professional. I hadn’t heard of Gibsons prior to getting a leaflet through the door. I would 100% recommend the family business to anyone looking to move!

Cannot thank Donna and the guys enough. We moved back home from the South Coast and had cancellation after cancellation from our original move date but Donna was so helpful and understanding throughout. The move went without a hitch the guys were excellent, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much for them they went above and beyond. An excellent service throughout recommend them 100%. Donna a massive thank you from us.

From the very first contact with Donna to arrange my removals, everyone was friendly and professional. I was so stressed with the whole house move, but as soon as the lads arrived (very promptly) they put me at my ease and I knew I was in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble - they sent me off to have a cup of tea and told me to leave all the worrying to them!
I cannot thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough, nothing was too much trouble. They were simply brilliant!

We used Gibsons removals last week to bring our furniture from storage. What a team!! They were friendly, polite and super efficient. Nothing seemed too much bother. I don’t intend to ever move again, but if I did, they would be my first choice.

Had Ronnie and the lads move our furniture into storage then back to our new home. Great service all round. Would definitely recommend.

I used Gibson Removals two years ago to move from Wallsend to South Shields and the team were so fantastic that I recommended my parents use them to move from Newcastle upon Tyne to Bath this week, where seven men efficiently and courteously removed the contents of a large Victorian house whilst Donna did a fantastic packing job of valuables.
This company actually make moving house fun, and can handle any challenge.
The costs are very competitive too. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks Donna and guys!

We booked Gibsons on the recommendation from friend, and what a service we received. After an extremely stressful move day where things almost fell through, we couldn't have asked for a more polite, patient and understanding team of lads. They were with is until the end, which ended up being late into Friday evening. We couldn't reccomend these guys highly enough.

Fantastic job. The lads were great, they worked fast but carefully and their experience was clear when it came to removing an awkward sofa which they got out with no damage to the sofa or walls. Despite a delay in us getting keys they were calm and understanding while waiting. They even plumbed in our washer for us! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price for an excellent job.

Graham and Josh moved my Mam on Sunday 14 February from South Shields to Jarrow. They were excellent. From pulling up on time. To demonstrating their expertise in taking apart furniture to aid the move. They took care and put us at ease. They were quick, without us feeling rushed. They reassembled the furniture and even made my Mam's bed. Thanks again.
