First class removal company, a positive experience from beginning to end. There were 5 guys, who were all very pleasant and friendly in manner and nothing was a problem. They were all very respectful with our belongings, taking great care to ensure nothing was damaged in the move. They had to wait around an hour and a half at the other end as keys were not released until 330, not one complaint, very understanding about this. I would not hesitate to use again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We moved today cannot praise the guys more highly. Always happy to help whatever the request. Snowy weather, not a problem, we didn’t get the keys until 3.45 not a problem. They moved my husbands pride and joy, his motorcycle, without a hitch. You can use this service with full confidence. Good luck for the future and thanks again.

This is the second time our family has used these guys which tells the story. As with the first time a first class service. These are totally professional with a smile on their faces. We moved 15/01/21 and it was freezing. Turned up at the stated time. They new the drill as to the money transfer and keys change and kept us right with their knowledge and experience. If you want a job like this doing, then these are the guys to go to.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! My other half had to work on the day of the move but the lads came in and handled like the pros they are, which was such a relief. Nothing was too much trouble, even walking some of the furniture from the front round to the back to get it in and helping me arrange some of the larger pieces of furniture. Banter from the lads was amazing and made a stressful day in these stressful times more manageable. Massive thanks to Ronnie, Anth and Jordan for getting us moved quickly and taking such good care of all our things. Shout out to Donna too for helping us organise it all.

I can’t praise the 3 removal men that helped us move from Gibson’s removals. They were so polite and helpful, going above and beyond in many ways like getting our appliances through impossibly small spaces, even taking doors off so thing would fit. I wish I could remember all their names but Anth and his two colleagues were outstanding. Highly recommend

Excellent company. Arrived on time and fully prepared. Removal to a storage facility went without any problems. Ronnie attended to all the little things that in the end make a difference between a company that just does the job and one which stands out for great customer service. Highly recommended.

What can I say, a last minute rush to find a removal company, expecting to be left with the ones no one else wanted , how wrong I was. Gibson removals made an otherwise stressful day a lot less, taking care of everything.
To begin, Donna came to our home and assessed what our requirements were, absolutely professional and friendly. Price was fair not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They even offered an anti bacteria fogging service for our new home to give us piece of mind when moved in. The guys arrived promptly on the said day and set to work, they were like a well oiled machine knew exactly what they were doing. Everything protected and treated with respect like it was their own
On arrival at the new house, the anti bac took place and after a little wait for it to dry, our furniture was unloaded and all that was left for us to do was point to the location that we needed our items.
The comradary among the team was quiet welcome in these nervous and sometimes depressing times. The guys worked tirelessly throughout the day and everything was completed to a fantastic standard.
Can not fault this company from start to finish.

My previous 2 reviews have thanked 2 companies for their great service during a stressful period, amazing how it cheers up your day to have that level of customer service, but today's review is specifically given over to the absolute stars of our house move, the removal company!
Gibson Removals of Washington, North East England could not have been more helpful. The guys worked tirelessly throughout a long and very busy day, taking in their stride a difficult location for access and parking. Cheerful, courteous, polite and professional throughout they kept our spirits up and gave us every reassurance that everything would be done in time and that we and our household were in safe hands.
From the moment we met Donna when she came to quote for the removal we felt that this was a company that would give personal attention to all our requirements, alleviating concerns and worries about the time frame, the quantity and the location - communication and confirmation of move details was prompt, efficient and regular, reassuring us that all was in hand throughout the whole process. We would also say that this company offers exceptional value for money.
We and our household goods were treated with respect, some of our furniture etc. also being stored temporarily at Gibson's storage facility to make moving on the day itself a little easier but despite the dual aspect of the move everything arrived exactly when it was supposed to and in good order.
A massive thank you to Ronnie, Shaun, Sunny and Josh for all their hard work and to Donna for being the calm eye of our storm!
