Very, very disappointed with the quality of the products (fruit) the delivery was poor and late.This fruit box was sent as a present the recipient had to pay £5 excess postage!!
The replacement basket offered seemed to have been made up with the days leftovers

My sister❤️ sent me a beautiful hamper for Eid and was blown away! Beautifully wrapped and so much variety. It came with a lovely printed card too! Very impressed!!

Have been trying to call there customer services in regards to my order which I didn't receive, tried calling for the past few days haven't even got through, I wouldn't give them one star

Wish I read this before. I ordered the halal hamper for £94 and opted for 1-2 days. No update no replies to my emails or calls. Really upset and annoyed at myself for trusting a website like this.

Update: so after sever emails and calls I finally received my hamper today. I wish I could add pictures here. ( if anyone know how to let me know please) I opted for halal candecious JUMBO hamper. The date box has only 9 dates, so you can imagine!! same with the other boxes they are so small. Candy cones is not included. All the products are so cheap quality and anyone can buy them under £35. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will waste your time and money. Really sad people scammed you like this during RAMADAN.

Don't order from these people! They advertise one thing and then send you a cheap version and then nevr get back to you call them they just fob you off by saying they will escalate it will take this amount of time kid you not I caller 10+ times eventually had to give up as it was getting ridiculous paid a lot of money for the box to be cardboard not woven not everything in the box and it to be leaking everywhere rubbish products and services. They say they will call you back they never do. Also they go round deleting reviews from website so you can't even get proper customer feedback

I ordered from this company thinking they are genuine and will provide professional service. I am absolutely ashamed in sending this hamper to my friend and her family. Firstly it arrived after Eid, even though I have selected a specific delivery service and paid extra for it, it did not arrive on time and two dates late. Secondly once it arrived, it was as if a child put it together, it was very badly presented and looked very cheap.
Finally the barfi was stale and most likely out of date, I got very bad review from my guest and feel deeply ashamed for sending this hamper. I tried to contact them and after 45 minutes of being on hold I hanged up. I will be reporting them as I have consumer rights. This doesn't even deserve one star.

We purchased a " Halal " hamper for a work colleague and both he and his family were very happy with it.

Just wow never expected the hampers to be so lovely, well put together and a fab service, will definitely use again! 5 star all the way :) I’ve literally just seen the reviews and shocked as the service I received was totally different. And can’t fault it x

I have ordered a gift to my friend with the 1-2 delivery option. However, I cannot open the website it says “safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found”. I’ve emailed them but nothing. Shame on you to use Islam with your disgrace. What you’re doing is haram and hope you won’t enjoy it! Always read the comments before buying anything online don’t make the same mistake as I did!

UPDATE: It was a gift order and arrived 4 days after not 1-2days delivery. My friend said taste was good there were dates too. I have asked for refund after 2 days of order from my bank. However 2 days later it arrived to my friend's house. So thank you at least it arrived. Hope you'll improve the business in the future.

I paid for next day delivery I was waiting around for 2 days apparently they tried to deliver it and” no one was in” I had to go pick it up my self from the local postal office, when I finally got them it was stale. I tired to get a refund but I was ignored. very disappointed and I will not be ordering from here again.

Wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Dishonest, unreliable and bad quality. Do not waste your money. I'm never ordering from giftalicious again.

I ordered their Jumbo halal hamper for my sisters birthday. What they sent was nothing like what the images and description were on the website. The hamper looked half empty, the packs were a lot smaller and they'd apparently swapped stuff out for cheaper alternatives. I initially assumed they must have sent us the wrong hamper (maybe the medium hamper rather than the jumbo hamper) but when I complained, I was told to read the small print. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I just wanted them to send the product that I'd ordered. These guys are a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
UPDATE: 16th June 2023 - I posted a link to the Trustpilot reviews page to the Giftalicious Facebook and Instagram pages and suddenly found myself blocked from their profiles. I guess they don't want prospective buyers from finding out just howmany people they've conned?

Ordered a hamper. Has taken over a week to arrive.
Spoke to customer service as it was stated 3-5 days delivery. We contacted them and they gave us a rude response stating it’s 3-5 days after the order is processed.
Not happy with service

Wish I read the reviews before ordering!
Website is created to a high quality so you are easily fooled.
NUMBER doesn’t work. And they don’t reply to emails when you tell them items are missing from the order.
Really sad that they advertise as halal/Muslim business yet so dishonest. You’d expect better.
