I wanted to get my father a special basket this year because he’d been very ill the last few months and he loved picking through baskets for the variety of foods. I thought this year I’d send him the premium basket for £150 ($185). Unfortunately he passed away on Boxing Day without having opened it. As I had rushed home to be with him, Mom and I opened it yesterday and I was surprised at how very little £150 buys. It is not the company’s fault - they put a photo on to show the products- but I thought there would be more. I can’t fault the customer service and the ease of ordering, but I can’t help but feel like I’ve been gouged.

Ordered 12/14 checked on this order on 12/21 to make sure it was still being delivered. As of today 12/24 never delivered and again I checked in on 12/21 and was told .. you said by 12/23. Umm yes cause it was for Xmas!!! Now no gift!!!! Over 100.00 and there reply on 12/24 we will investigate .
