It wasn't so much your products.

It wasn't so much your products, but I did have trouble logging in, to the point where I had to call tech support for my computer. Also, I had to re-do the whole order twice because of a block on my card placed by my bank (for amounts over $100). After my bank confirmed it was me, funds were unblocked but I still had to re-submit all pertinent information.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Customer service is awful. They lack knowledge, and professionalism. I’ve called 7 times in two hours and no one can find my order. Complete and utter SCAM!

Unusable

Every time I try to buy a gift card you cancel the order. Fraud protection is great except when it prevents me from actually using your website. The suggestion to buy physical cards defeats the purpose of having an online giftcards website.

Worst online experience ever

Worst online experience ever. spend 3 hours on trying to purchase a $100 gift card with a credit card (2 different cards declined ) , paypal - also declined . their emails are super slow. I'm done with them.
