I ordered flowers for my friends…

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and paid them in advance and they promised me a time to deliver but my flowers never got delivered. I called them several times on watsapp and on direct number . They did not pick up or ever responded. Pathetic service and they are Scam. People please be aware of them . Don’t waste money on such pathetic company . Such companies make people living abroad not to trust people in Pakistan . His real name is Asad. And when I asked them to refund me my money back as they did not deliver it and refused to attended any of my calls .

I seen on here a lot of bad reviews

I seen on here a lot of bad reviews. But this is real. I ordered a gift basket form them and I made a mistake on the recipients phone number when I ordered the Gift. They where already on there way to delivery the basket I ordered. They emailed me and also answered all my emails to them to work this all out. They redelivered the basket after I gave them the right information. My friends who got the basket where very very happy with all the items. They real do care and do a great job. I am in the United States and the gift was delivered to Manila. I recommend using them for all my future gift orders. So for get the bad reviews I think in many cases there is more to the story and not the fault of Gifts to go. Peace

Satisfied customer here

I ordered Birthday balloon and mango bravo cake.I was afraid that it will not arrive on time so I contacted giftgo now through fb messenger but no answer so I tried calling them through messenger,too.I was told will delivered and after about couple of hours it was delivered.My sister is happy with the cake!I just ordered the balloon for her even she is not fan of ballons😂

Social media campaign to expose this business

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with your company. Having placed an order well within the required timeframe for fulfillment, I am dismayed by the complete failure on your part to deliver the goods as promised.

This situation is not only inconvenient but also deeply troubling. It raises serious questions about the reliability and integrity of your business operations. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill a timely order is unacceptable and borders on a possible scam. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your company, and I am left questioning the legitimacy of your business practices.

I expect an immediate and comprehensive explanation for this failure, along with a full refund. Furthermore, I demand assurances that steps are being taken to rectify these issues to prevent future occurrences. If these concerns are not adequately addressed, I will be compelled to take further action and warn others of your potentially deceptive practices.

Amazing service!
I ordered the pink mix bouquet and it arrived eventhough the shipping adress wasn't in Metro Manila. The card was beautifully hand written and when I contacted them using the chat to verify it would get delivered despite my mistake they reacted fast and friendly. So I didn't have any issues with my order. I did have a little scare, since when I googled reviews a whole slew of bad ones came up which scared me. But I guess they might have just been unlucky since like I said in my case the flowers got delivered that I ordered and on time, the card was beautifully written and the contact was fast and easy. So I love them but your experience may vary. They are worth a chance in my opinion though.

Don't trust this company . Ordered flowers for my wife's special day didn't arrive . Repeatedly tried to contact them unsuccessful. Up shot I just been ripped off

I would give zero stars but I have to…

I would give zero stars but I have to give at least one. This company is the worst customer service ever! Last Valentine’s Day they waited all day and didn’t deliver my order but I overlooked that and still have used them to deliver flowers to my wife at least once every month. Now I order my wife valentine roses and once again she received nothing. I contact them at 3 pm to check on my order and a few minutes later get an email telling me my money is being returned to my bank account. No explanation. No sorry. No nothing. Two years in a row they have screwed up the one day they should be prepared for doing their job I ordered flowers candy and balloons and they deliver nothing Making me look bad to my wife two years in a row now. Never never again will I use these crooks

We have tried our best and truly exhausted all options to try and serve this today but to no avail. All our partner suppliers and logistic partners have reached full capacity during today’s surge.

We have initiated the refund (you will receive an email with the screenshot of the refund transaction) so that you are able to get your money back. This was our last resort as you can imagine.

Available slots would likely open on Feb 15th and 16th (16 to be safer/sure) should you want to place a new order. Otherwise, I completely understand and respect your decision and sentiment. We are frustrated and disappointed as well that we were not able to serve you this time.

The items did not match what I ordered…

The items did not match what I ordered at all. They claim to.substitute, but i ordered white lilys and roses and they sent blood red roses with an ugly sunflower in the middle. Then, they replaced the imported chocolates with local wafers. The basket they were supposed to be in turned into some ugly bouquet. NOT HAPPY, contacted them and they basically said We Dont Care..HORRIBLE

Terrible. Beware.

I feel like this company is a complete scam. Bought cake and flowers for my mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day. She waited the whole day and nothing arrived. The mobile number they provide on the website doesn’t work. I’ve also contacted them via whatsapp and Facebook to no avail. Not sure how I can claim a refund now. I will refer them the matter to a small claims tribunal if I don’t hear from them soon.

Superb Servicee!!!!

Honestly, I am very lucky to find this flower shop online since a lot of shops rejected me cause of the delivery place is not covered on their services (Nagcarlan). Cut off was I think 2-3pm but I ordered mine at late 530pm but still the team were able to deliver it same day!!! I really appreciate all the efforts and all the instructions you've followed since I am a bit OC... Flower arrangement were also really nice and I really liked it.. GIFTGO manipulates reviews especially on their website!! they only show 5 star reviews! i know coz i gave them a 1 star but that didn't show up so i made another review with the same comments but selected 5 star instead and it showed up! This only shows that their positive reviews cannot be trusted!! I wouldn't be surprised if they have employees/friends writing positive reviews for them whenever they get a negative review just to keep their ratings up! 🤣🤣🤦‍♀️🙅‍♀️

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day…

UPDATE 3 March - I have just received my refund so thank you Gift Go Now.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day and the order was accepted. The day came and went and I queried why no delivery. I received a curt email stating a technical error was to blame and they would refund my payment. Despite requesting evidence of the refund transaction they have stalled and now ignore my requests.

I have used them several times with no issues and have left positive feedback but for this I have been left very disappointed with no repayment yet. This is some 18 days after I was told a refund had been done.

Unfortunately I am now chasing my Credit Card provider for the payment which will impact on this company.

Giftgo is a great platform to order!

What do I like about this platform is their fast service and warm customer service. The flowers were all fresh. Last month I have sent out different gifts to different locations of my relatives. My favorite is their gourmet basket, the enchanted rose, chocolate basket, Ferrero bouquet, and the celebratory bouquet! I was nervous first because it is my first time ordering this many. I understand their Valentines' week some of my orders were scheduled the following day since the traffic in Metro Manila is ridiculous! It is not the company's fault when my order is late. The city is so crowded. They informed me about my items getting delayed and it is fine with me. They do everything they can to re-locate the receivers of my item and found them. They keep updating me. My enchanted rose orders are lovely! It is as advertised. Some don't have batteries but it is okay. I can buy batteries, it is just a penny anyways, no issue! The flowers were lovely and fresh. I do love my chocolate basket and they were imported items!

All good and more power to the company!

Flowers not delivered

Flowers ordered online on the 12th for delivery on the 14th of February have not been delivered.

I have tried to phone the vendor and it's impossible to get through to the number stated on the website.

Email sent to GIFTGONOW requesting clarity as to why the flowers have not been delivered and to-date there's been no response.

Uploaded poor review on the GIFTGONOW website, and even though an email was sent to me to confirm that my email address was legitimate, my review has been removed from their website.

Interestingly, on closer inspection of the reviews on the GIFTGONOW website, which are ALL 5-star reviews - many of those reviews have more "thumbs down" signs than "thumbs up".

I have reported the issue to my credit card company. As payment has already cleared, it's necessary to now raise a dispute.

Most disappointing experience!
