Customer Service - 5 stars - communicates clearly, gave great suggestion and accommodate request.
Handling, arrangement
and Delivery - 5 stars - my wife got the flower exactly how it looks, though i only saw it on the pictures, i still can say it was amazingly and perfectly handled
Flower Freshness - 5 stars - 100% fresh, my wife told me that tulips started to bloom and she smells a good fragrance.
For my last note, send flowers to your love ones, it will really make them special.

Along with Pink Blooms, I also ordered one of Bella Rose. This is a replica of an iconic piece from the movie Beauty & the Beast.
My wife told me after she got Enchanted Bella Rose; "This rose will never rotten, we may get old but Bella Rose will remain enchanted". I never heard of this phrase, but it really rhymes and it blows me.
So the experienced told me and i will leave the same note, send flowers to your love ones, it will really make them special.

Delivery is on time and on schedule,But the cake they delivered is not the one I ordered, And not even informing the costumer.I Ordered the cake almost 2 weeks ago :'(. Don't know also if the cake they delivered is the same price as the original ordered.
