I purchased 2 ITunes gift cards for the first time and received my code to redeem in less then 1 minute. I will be purchasing in this way from now on because I found myself overdrafting on my card and sometimes I do not feel like going to the bank to deposit cash. They are open 24/7 everyday and if you have an issue they will respond within 5-15 minuets which brings comfort to me purchasing any items from this company. How does Giftnix claim to be so secure and someone still managed to use my email and PayPal info without my knowledge? I got three emails from giftnix about an order I never personally placed for $1000. Someone bought 10- $100 "Steam" gift cards on my paypal account in the middle of the night. The order still went through even though I didn't verify any information. I don't understand how this happened. I filed an "unauthorized charge" report with PayPal so hopefully they clear it up with Giftnix. When I emailed Giftnix about the charge, all I got back from them was that they would remove my email from further purchases and that they couldn't refund money on gift cards sent through email that could have already been redeemed. Not helpful at all! This is $1000 we are talking about!

I purchased an iTunes gift card this morning. I had difficulties in receiving it via email. Jim in customer support was very helpful. For each difficulty I had, he came up with a possible solution until it was resolved.

I used Giftnix for the first time and the code i received did not work. Immediately I was thinking ugh i got scammed... However, I contacted support and received a response immediately. After verifying a couple pieces of information they sent me a replacement and it worked. The customer service was extremely helpful and quick to service! Even though the first code i received didn't work (It's bound to happen with ecode cards once in a while) I will definitely be using their services again now I know they have great customer service! So it was my first time using Game Card Delivery and being from Jamaica and not having a U.S credit card, its always been super difficult for me to get Playstation Cards but when I found this site and how secure and easy and swift everything was, I was in love. Paid through PayPal with my Jamaican credit card, within less than 15 mins I had my cards and bought my new game. It really was a great experience! At first I admit all the verifications seemed daunting, but then when you remind yourself that its all to keep your identity and info secure, I got over it! I will never order from this website again. They charged my account but refused to send me my card until I sent them s picture of my drivers license. Very suspect behavior for an online purchase! I cancelled my order and still waiting for a refund.
