Horrible customer service, also clearly manipulating these reviews, notice how all the "people" who are giving it 5 stars all have only a single review in their history.....hmmmm

I bought two sets of gift cards for people in two separate cities. Easy to buy easy to send. Great experience, made choosing a gift card so much easier and sending them fast. Best idea I've seen in a long time!

I've used Giftnix for a variety of different cards to give as gifts. All of my orders have been e-mailed within 5 minutes or less, even at late hours of the night. Their verification process is super easy and makes me feel safe shopping with them. I will continue buying cards from them as long as their awesome service continues!

Was a little sceptical at first given some of the reviews I saw on here after I'd purchased, however the support staff were absolutely lovely while helping me through my verifications and my card was delivered within a minute of providing the requested information and redeemed without an issue right after. Was amazingly fast - definitely somewhere I will be purchasing with again. Thanks so much, Giftnix - you've earnt my trust.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a $50 Gamestop gift card for my grandson's birthday and received an email saying it was delivered however my daughter in law never received it in her email. When I emailed giftnix they sent me a code and a pin number and when my daughter in law took my grandson to Gamestop to choose his gift there was only $7.00 on the gift card. I emailed giftnix and now I have to send my daughter in law back down there to try to get some sort of printout that shows the card only had $7.00 on it. A week later and my grandson still has no birthday gift.

8/2/16 UPDATE

I have emailed back and forth several times with Giftnix customer support so it's very interesting they say they find no record of the problem. They have requested proof of the card balances however since I didn't purchase the gift card directly from Gamestop they are unable to give me any printouts showing the balances and where the card was used. This is very convenient for giftnix for obvious reasons. I forwarded the letter from Gamestop to Giftnix with a request to let me know if there is any way they can assist me but have received no reply. Buy your gift card directly from the source NOT GIFTNIX! You will have no recourse and lose your money should something go wrong.

There has been absolutely no communication from giftnix since my last update nor was any such "proof" given to me. Giftnix is replying to my unfavorable review with untruthful information. The reason I know there is no such proof is because I AM telling the truth. I have nothing to lose anymore, I've already lost my $50 but what I have to gain is possibly helping some other unsuspecting consumer to avoid the pit that I fell into when I used Giftnix.

After hearing about this dilemma, Gamestop NOT Giftnix issued a gift card to my grandson. A big thank you to Gamestop for going above and beyond in their customer service department. I can't stress enough, go directly to the source for your gift card especially for Gamestop, they have a customer service department that truly cares about their customers.

I've used Giftnix either 3 or 4 times for the immediacy of gift cards that can be used nearly instantly. The first order I actually completed all parts of the confirmation process and had my gift card within 30 minutes. My next orders, after already being verified, all arrived within 5 minutes or less. I find Giftnix to be great for last minute gifts and hope to see more diverse retailers added in the future.

They were the best price in WoW Time Cards so I hesitantly gave them a try. The transaction process has extra security protocols to help stop identity theft. After a couple security checks I got the card within 30-45 mins. It worked great and everything is peachy. Thanks for the great deal!

Their service was fine but, their verification for their services went too far!
Wanted pic and personal phone while I was paying with Paypal! A simple transaction became complicated and I didn't want to be bothered with the account verification process! Ignore that part of it and the rest went well!

The prices are amazing compared to others I've found online, they also are very quick and thorough with getting your order out to you. The security might seem a bit strange but I've seen it starting all around the web, so it's nothing super stressful and the service team were great. Really fast way to get good quality cards for the right price!
