Because of my usual procrastination, I was without a birthday gift for my mom, who lives 1500 miles away. GiftRocket was a life saver !! I was able to send a gift while I was on the phone with her. It was convenient, fast, and easy to do. Highly recommend GiftRocket !!

GiftRocket.com has not answered phone calls or messages with URGENT in the subject as they suggest for an issue. Basically I am forced to lose my money due to an issue! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER NON SERVICE!

EDIT: GiftRocket wrote that they refunded my money. When I clicked tracking to find out where it was .. there was a notice that the refund was cancelled! I'm still out my money and will edit this if I ever get it.

I loved receiving this as a gift. It was thoughtful and practical. It's nice to be able to choose how you would like to use GiftRocket and using it was super easy.

I bought a gift card for my father to his favourite chocolate shop. I sent him this gift via Giftrocket’s email gift card service. Four days after I paid for the gift in full, they “cancelled” it, making it null and void and unusable when my father took it to the store. I have emailed them thrice now trying to get ANY information as to why they voided the gift card so suddenly and without warning, but they seem to be blatantly ignoring me. Horrible customer service - I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s now been four more days of me trying to get any possible information and hearing absolutely nothing in return! So frustrating and aggravating - definitely do not buy from this company. So upsetting to just be left in the lurch, especially when I was trying to do something sweet for my Da who has been having a hard time. : (
