My original post was brutal against this company. The real negative issues, very poor communication, limited redemption choices, and awkward site navigation. Eventually was able to redeem for a credit with a national company. No local companies available. Toof overnight for GiftRocket to process my questions and redemption. Still an inefficient company, though was eventually able to process.

Do not purchase or provide any personal or credit card information to this website. Similar to other businesses here, they are currently fraudulently listing my business as a way to purchase gift cards towards my operations. I have no partnership with them whatsoever. I have emailed them requesting they cease and desist and that they promptly remove my business listing from their website or further legal action will be pursued if they are legitimate. I believe this website will steal your credit card and personal information.

Complete scam. I was gifted a card from my daughter for a place that didn't even offer gift cards. When you get to the gift rocket site they say either choose a gift card (Amazon, eBay, dominos, etc...) or have the money deposited into your bank account. I searched for the place she thought she was giving me a card to and it wasn't even on the site. No way was I giving a random website my bank account info, so I chose the $25 in an Amazon gift card. I grew suspicious when the email with the Amazon code didn't arrive in a timely matter. The next day I looked at my email and an Amazon code had arrived in the middle of the night, then at 10:00 that morning I got another email saying that my daughter had cancelled the gift card (which was a lie). She in return got an email saying I had cancelled it and it would be credited to her account (which I highly doubt will ever happen). Long story short, I told her to call her bank and make sure more money isn't stolen from her.. Apparently this company lists pretty much any business in existence and offers a gift card on their behalf. Most of the bad reviews are from businesses being listed that don't even offer gift cards. My daughter types in a gift card for a local place on our beach destination and this place pops up like you can get a gift card to that place on their site. They charge a $3 fee and it looks like most of the time the buyer loses not only the fee, but the person they are gifting a card to also doesn't get anything.

Card never sent. A straight forward transaction turned into a headache. ZERO customer service. Form letter responses. Inept and not efficient. Avoid at all costs. Also, with so many negatives you know many (if not all) of the five star reviews are fake.

Very deceiving. They make you think you can select a gift card at a particular place and then you find out that it is not the case....and they charge you a horrendous fee for this.

Gift Rocket is a complete scam. My mother sent me a gift card for groceries but the store she selected (Wegmans) was not one of their options. They said I could have the money deposited into my checking acct and use it at the store. I gave my acct info and they said it takes 2-4 days. It's been 3 weeks and still no money and no refund to my mother. We've tried calling--no one answers. We emailed and were told we were flagged by security but the funds would be sent--never happened. We've been getting the run around for weeks and at this point, I just want my mother to receive her refund. They even sent us a link to review their services but when we tried to say we were not happy with the service, it said the link was expired. We had gotten it only 15 minutes earlier.
TOTAL SCAM. AVOID.
I will update this if we get our money back but I'm not very hopeful.

BEWARE...This is a scam company. Gift cards are non redeemable. No phone number to call.

What a scam do not give them your money they will steal it and you will not get it returned

Bought a gift card from them, printed, and handed out as a gift. Two days later I got an email informing me their security team had canceled the card and they couldn't release any details. Embarrassing having to tell the recipient of the gift. Don't trust this site.

Surdyke Harley davidson informed me that they are not accepting egift card and gift rocket are selling it, i dont know how customer will use it if its a fake card.
Any one use it before???

How dare you are using my business to sell fake gift cards or certificates! Laelanie Art Gallery does not accept gift cards,coupons or certificates.

I received a gift card and tried to redeem it. A code was supposed to be sent. Two weeks later, no code. I contacted gift rocket and over a month later, they said that they were having issues and trying to resolve it. They canceled the original gift card and asked me to try again. The same issue. No gift card issued. I feel really bad about the person who tried to do a nice thing for me. They are getting scammed.

Without explanation, and my first experience with Giftrocket ends in lack of transparency and zero support.

We do NOT give permission to GiftRocket to use our data, name, domain, or likeness of any kind to your company. We will NOT recognize or accept any gift cards from GiftRocket. We do NOT accept gift cards. Remove immediately.

I purchased a $20 giftcard and was charged for over $2,200. Emailed them three times and called them once (no option to actually leave a voicemail.) About five days after my emails, I saw a correction on my bank account to the correct amount and the next day they emailed me to apologize. I told my friend to not bother opening the email. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on my credit card for fraud.

This is a scam!! They sell a product from my company but I don’t accept new clients and they never get in touch with me

Gift Rocket was very easy to use. I had won a prize from my office and being remote, it was a super quick way to receive the gift. There were so many different options on ways to receive the cash gift as well. It told me 3-5 days to transfer to my bank account and it showed up the next day! WIN WIN!

My BFF who currently resides in Florida and has been my rock over many decades of friendship told me how much she enjoys dining at Cod and Capers. I surprised her with an e-mail gift card from GiftRocket and was pleasantly surprised with the rapid processing and follow-up. Thank you very much!

I was happy to support a small local coffee shop from our hometown and send a birthday gift to a dear friend! It was a quick and convenient experience and I will definitely use again!

We were able to redeem our reward in a fast and efficient method.
