SCAM!! They sell gift cards to businesses that are not aware and steal your money. DO NOT USE unless you want to be sent an un-usable gift card and never get your money back. Customer service is a joke. STAY AWAY!!

6 days they just ignore me, this is a scam, do not buy anything here

I had received the gift card from my daughter for a restaurant to have dinner, but I decided instead to use it at Lowe’s home improvement store. The gift card was very easy to use and the ease of transferring it to another store was awesome

I received a Rocket Gift card as part of my meal train while on leave from school recovering from hip replacement surgery. I really like it because of it's ease of use - I could just put the money into my bank account - and the many places I could choose from. Way better than GrubHub or Uber eats. Although nothing beats a home cooked meal!

If you look at the negative reviews, many are from Business Owners whose places of business are on this site but they do not accept these Gift Cards. You can add Deby's Gluten Free to that list. A Customer emailed me asking about buying Gift Cards and said that she found another option. This site. I advised her to call us directly and we would do the Gift Card ourselves. Deby's Gluten Free is not, and never has been associated with this site. If you want a Gift Card, please call us at 303-283-4060 and we will take care of it for you. That is the ONLY way to purchase a Deby's Gift Card. Thank you.

What made my experience great was how easy it was to be able to claim your gift and then the amount of choices you had to be able to use your gift card on or do the ACH instead if that is what you wanted. Everything the company has set up in regards to the gift card access is awesome, wouldn't change a thing. Thank You!

My husband purchased a gift rocket gift card for me when I was out of town and it was a lovely surprise that arrived in my email. Very easy to use and redeem. Several retailers to choose from!

With so many people using online services and not wanting to go to the stores me being one of those people. This is right up my alley. I will for sure use this for my loved ones.

Gift Rocket is a SCAM! We bought a gift card to a specific restaurant and the gift card can not be used at that restaurant. The email states we need to go online and that it can not be used for a store credit. Once online the restaurant we purchased to use it at is not even a business listed. Then the site asks for personal banking information to get your money back.

I totally didn't expect a gift from my friend, but it was so cute when I opened it! I loved the little thank you gif! I feel so special!

I placed 2 orders and sent them to a client, and then, a day later, after she received it, she received a notice - oops, the order was canceled. They sent me a cancelation notice with NO EXPLANATION! When I asked to understand why they would do such a thing and make me look like an idiot - all they said was it was flagged as a security concern and they can't say more. A gift card as a security concern? Really? I'm disgusted - will never buy and ensure that everyone I know won't either.

I received this as a gift and it is such a creative way to give a thoughtful gift card that shows you know the gift receiver, but allows them the freedom to not be locked into that specific place if they don’t want to. Made a future customer out of me!
