This was my first time receiving money/gift card this way. It was so easy. I was kept informed about the process and was notified the
Money was in my account. Very nice
Gift and a pleasant experience.

It is a great option as a gift instead of a normal gift card. I received this is a gift from one my the kids I coach and they were able to provide a thoughtful message and a "suggestion" on what I could use it for but I could really use it however I wanted. The only issue I had was that it took a few hours for the email with my gift card code to come through. I was thinking it didn't work so I ended up email support but it did eventually come through.

My brother sent me a $25 gift card. Giftrocket wanted my bank info, but I was not comfortable entering that. So I opted for an Amazon gift card, but there was an apparent error in executing that. The Giftrocket site said "look for an email", but that did not arrive. My brother canceled the e-gift. I think he will be lucky if his credit card actually gets credited. I think the good reviews might all be fake.

The exchange was so fast and easy! I simply opened the email, saw the amount and transfered to my checking.

This was my first experience with Rocket. I loved the wide variety of options and the ability to transfer funds directly into bank account. Plus, the process was user friendly.

In received a Giftrocket card and tried to use it months later but it had been “cancelled” according the website. I emailed, called and texted the company several times but got no response except for the two texts asking me to rate their customer service. I think this is a scam.

I didn't really know anything about Gift Rocket until a friend gave me a gift card. I was surprised and please at the variety of merchants from which to choose as well as the ease of simply sending the gift amount to a bank account. I will certainly consider using Gift Rocket in the future when I need to send a gift card.

I was given a gift from a client and it was a great surprise. I love the fact that it can go into a bank account for any restaurant or you can use it for specific places. It was so easy. Love it!

Be extremely careful on this site. I found gift cards being offered for my business. I never gave permission for such cards or offers and I don't accept such.
This company has illegally taken my information. I have absolutely nothing to do with them.

I received my gift card from winning a team game at a virtual office party. GiftRocket gave me many options and I had zero issues redeeming the gift card. We've all been in that cycle of it not loading or issues with the gift card. Thanks for keeping me out of the loop of death.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a card for somebody and they never received it. Contacted customer service and they said they would fix it. They never did.

Easy way to give & receive gifts via their portal. Got one for my bday and was able to easily transfer the balance to my family account.

This site was so easy to use.
It had many places available to choose from.
Cash available if you could not choose a place.

Where are the web police?

Searched for gift. Paid, sent gift. Two days later, I receive a message that the gift is CANCELLED.

No explanation, nothing.

Why didn't I read the Trustpilot reviews first??? I hope you do.
