Super easy platform to use! Great selection of vouchers and simple to send on to recipient by email. Customer service team were quick and helpful with the one small query I had. I would recommend and definitely use again.

I had a great experience with Gift Round. It was quick and easy to set up and share with the team, and the best part was that my colleague could choose his own gift card from the collection, so he got exactly what he wanted. I was pleasantly surprised there were no fees. Overall, a seamless, hassle-free way to organise a group gift.

First time of using and found the experience really easy and positive. Will definitely use again.

I recently had an issue where I needed to edit a message for a colleague's digital farewell card and gift. I emailed GiftRound for a solution. They got back to me in 15 mins with helpful suggestions, and offered to amend the message if nothing else worked. I asked if they could amend the message and they did it immediately. All emails were courteous, helpful and human. Thank you, Stu. I was really impressed by the customer service of this company!

Gift round were very helpful in trying to resolve a problem I had with receiving vouchers set up following a gift collection. It seems there was a problem with people using the old platform as they have moved to a newer one and I must have been using an old link that I had. Anyway I received a phone call and the vouchers have been emailed to me so thanks so much for your help and thanks to the team and Craig who resolved everything and went out of his way to help. Really appreciated, thank you

Have used this site on a couple of different occasions, all went well and as expected with the bonus of 100% going to recipient which not all sites do. Last occasion I had to cancel a giftround where 7 people had already contributed, I emailed support and got the usual auto acknowledgement but less than 1/2 hour later received a further confirmation - 'Circumstances change; we understand that, I've refunded all contributions to your collection below for you'. Expertly managed, the Giftround Team couldn't have done better! I will be using this site for any future collections.
An extra mention that two of our GiftRound recipients have treated themselves to Lion King theatre tickets and are very happy indeed!

EASY TO USE. LOTS OF CHOICE IN E-VOUCHERS

I used this for 1st time for my bosses retirement collection and received a brilliant response. It was easy to create an account and there are no admin charges and the collection flex card can be sent straight to the receiver.

Great way to collect money for a common cause. Easy to use

GiftRound is ideal when doing a leaving card/collection. The process of then buying a FlexCard for the recipient to spend and printing the good wishes is all really straightforward. GiftRound remind you when you are coming to the end of your time. It works really well.

Have used Giftround several times before but switched to Collection Pot as unable to withdraw cash to own bank account which was the reason for using Giftround. I dont want to be limited into selecting a gift from selected suppliers. bring this feature back and charge a small percentage for the service.

Great concept.
We struggled a bit with accessing the donation section as it doesn't seem to be supported by some browsers. Other than that, great.

I was a bit sceptical at first as I had never used a gift app before. It was super easy to set up and share the link.

Giftround were incredibly helpful when something went wrong.

I tried to used the collection to buy multiple vouchers but it glitched and sent me one voucher for the whole amount, not what I wanted at all and I was in such a panic. I submitted a request for a callback, and they called back within about half an hour. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and emailed me the new vouchers straight away.

Even though something went wrong I would not hesitate to use them again. On top of all of this the collection was easy to set up and share, making a difficult situation a little bit easier.

Simple and straight forward to set up. I could personalise the image or use a stock one and people could easily leave messages but not a card as such.

I had trouble with purchasing a gift card as I set up the collection for delivery the next day (a bit last minute) and the system thought I might be setting up a scam so blocked the purchase for 24hrs. The help team were very responsive but weren't able to release it before eth next morning. My concern was it then says the number of hours it may take to get to the receiver and I wanted it to reach them in the morning as they were going away. It got there eventually.

It was the only gift card site I found that didn't charge out of the collection money which was good.
