Easy and efficient
It was very easy to set up the gift round for a friend's big birthday and the contributors also said it great to be able to leave a personal message and even nicer a photo.
Customer service was also quick and efficient in resolving an issue when I needed to purchase the flexi card on completion of the collection.
I will be using again.

Really easy to use, super quick to convert the pot into e-vouchers and you can split it too. Lots of good known Highstreet brands you can spend your voucher on, and receivers can also split the voucher over more than one brand if they want. Super flexible and no fees. Total win!

Giftround was easy all round
Giftround was easy to set up and easy to send links to colleagues to donate. It was easy to arrange the gift tokens to be emailed and print out the messages from well-wishers. It was also not greedy in donations to help run the site either - actually quite an honest figure. Thank you all round and I will definitely re-use this site.

Very easy to set up the GiftRound
Very easy to set up the GiftRound. However, some users had difficulties using the site, the 'terms and conditions' tick box is hard to see so they kept getting errors when wanted to make a payment. I think a number just gave up. It would have been nice to have more font options and colours for when leaving a message.

I’m sorry to hear some contributors had difficulties making a payment. In many cases, issues like this can be overcome by
completing payment using a personal device or network if a company firewall is blocking our payment provider. We’re always here to help and we can even give contributors a quick call if that’s easier.
Thank you as well for the suggestion on fonts and colours. We keep the styling intentionally simple so messages stay tidy and easy to read as more people contribute but we appreciate the feedback and will share with our design team.
