Little help if things go wrong
I can't see my tickets 2 days before the concert. It is difficult to speak to anyone to get help. The notes on their email told me to uninstall and reinstall the app if this happened. They failed to send me a one-off code to log back in. Now I am shut out and can't speak to them

It was mostly straightforward, did not like not being able to pick seats it only let me view an avaliable block and gave me seats.
I also don't like booking and having to download yet another app to get the tickets.
Other than that the process was smooth, no huge queues, the check I'm not a robot actually believed me for once and I didn't have to stress about trying to make it realise I am a person.

I've been trying to share a ticket through their app for a week. I've emailed them three times with the same question. They consistently are sending me the same response that has nothing to do with my question. And it's soooo frustrating.

Very easy to purchase tickets although I would of liked to choose my own seat instead of being given best available. The problems arise when you have to use the dedicated app to access your tickets, it's shocking and compounds my opinions that technology is designed by idiots

£197.50 for 2 tickets at the very back!!!
Spent £197.50 one 2 tickets to take that. Selected seats around box 121. Instead they gave tickets in box 327 on the very back row of the stadium!!! In what world is the very back seats worth almost £200???? Lots of others in same area had the same complaint and lots said they’ll be reporting as should be investigated!

I have done well multiple times on being able to achieve getting tickets however on some occasions the website has run slow resulting in unable to access tickets.

Would prefer to sit where we wanted
Kept up to date with status of the group we were following 7, knowing they were about yo announce tour dates in UK
Having said that , we were unable to secure seats in the isle we wanted . My husband had long legs & like to be on the end of an isle .
Get what you're given ; enjoy none the less !
