Great selection of gear. Competitive prices. Ease of use of their online store. Quick delivery. Aftersales help was top notch. I ordered the wrong RCBO, but Jason helped me out quickly with great communication to rectify my mistake. Great service all round. Highly recommended. Cheers.

Good communication

Item supplied by manufacturer was not the correct item, however staff were quick to respond to my query and they attempted to resolve, unfortunately item was not suitable for my requirements so staff stated they were happy to refund.. This has been completed.and refund actioned within a reasonable timeframe

Helpful staff, quick delivery!

On a very expensive (needlessly) old-school extractor fan for which there is no modern, cheaper alternative, these guys offered the best price, free DPD next day delivery, and were very helpful when I phoned to check stock, going off to the stock room to check. Recommended!

Delivery and prices were good

Delivery and prices were good, shame about the product, Illuma track has to be the worse I’ve ever fitted, end connectors really cheap and nasty.
