I truly cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I was ready for the process to be stressful and draining but it has been the opposite. From the point of viewing houses, Ross was so helpful, very informative but never applied any pressure. Once I found my new home (thank you again Ross), Leanne kindly took over, providing clear concise weekly updates, pre-empting the next steps, and just answered any questions extremely promptly. So friendly, so helpful. It has made the world of difference to the process. Thank you both!

G&R offer a selling service which, if you pay for the top package, includes a sales video, drone footage, and a 3-D LIDAR model of the inside of your home. Thoroughly recommended.

But it doesn't stop there, to help progress your sale, a Sales Progressor is then employed to chase conveyancers and estate agents in the chain, to answer queries for both you and your buyer. My SP was an outstanding and meticulous lady – by the name of Michelle Birrell, highly-experienced and perfection to a tee.

What a great company. Lewis was outstanding, he couldn’t have been more helpful both in selling our house and helping us find somewhere. Kind and considerate as well as realistic and professional. After a particularly upsetting sale failure we swapped to G & R and they were brilliant. Everyone in the office was fab, but Lewis was a gold star estate agent - we will miss him. 😊

Due to legal issues the sale took a long time to go through but Michelle really worked incredibly hard to keep it live and was proactive in trying to solve issues really showing her experience. Communication was excellent. We could call anytime and would always get a fast response.Michelle kept us very well informed.
The sale completed in the end to everyone's satisfaction.
