Gavin frenchwas friendly and approachable fixed door problem quickly very happy with this experience

Ryan was very friendly he was knowledgeable he listened to me explaining the problem and got the job done .he was well equipped experienced and knows what he was doing. Can he be the one to attend if there is any upcoming issues. Great 👍 job Ryan is the best he deserves a pay rise.

Jack arrived on time, he was very friendly and communicated well with me and my carer, he was friendly around my dog and put us all at ease, Jack quickly found the issue and it needed external help so put the repair through as an emergency… he was efficient and reassuring and explained the process… I really recommend Jack, he seemed to genuinely love his job and knew it inside and out and was a pleasure to interact with!

I’m a Peabody resident and unfortunately all of Gilmartin’s tradesmen like to park all over the estate.
Gilmartin’s tradesmen seem to like to park right in front of the residents’ sheds which are in use 24/7 for storage and personal use.
Despite having asked Gilmartin’s on a regular basis their dimwit tradesmen can’t manage to park in the tradesmen’s specific car parking spaces - how difficult is it to park where you’re meant to park?
These vehicles also block the access for my partially abled and disabled residents who use walking sticks and mobility scooters to get around, the lack of consideration is appalling and insensitive to my elderly and infirm neighbours.
Peabody have created designated tradesmen’s car parking spaces for working on-site and yet Gilmartin’s will park anywhere they bloody well like.
And Gilmartin’s also leave all of their industrial waste on the estate or around the estate for the poor Peabody caretakers to remove and dispose of.
It’s nobodies job to clear up after Gilmartin’s tradesmen.
This morning I’ve just watched and recorded a Gilmartin’s tradesman in vehicle LO17 JSF dumping 4 x massive black sacks of rubbish in a domestic waste bin on my estate.
Please don’t use these cowboys.
We are are absolutely fed up of Gilmartin’s and their lack of care & consideration for Peabody residents - we cannot wait until their contract is over.

The plumber was polite, and completed the job to what made sense rather than what it said on paper. He waited to make sure the repair was functioning well. No half jobs 🙌🏽 finally someone to finish the job in full. Let's hope this is yhe new way forward.

Gavin French came out, this afternoon, to look at our toilet (manufactured by Geberit) which was overflowing.

He promptly assessed the problem, temporarily repaired the toilet but advised that the toilet needed a part replacing and servicing too. He informed me he would escalate the matter to Gilmartin.

Gavin was professional, friendly and efficient.

Gilmartin initially logged the report as an emergency and Gavin arrived within 3-4 hours.

He did a really wonderful job at fixing the broke cabinet and even cleaned it after and was really polite the whole time and kind. And his name was Adrian.s

I was happy with tje speedy repair of Gavin French ffom Gilnartins, was was polite, attentive and left tge place clean Thank you.
