Fantastic customer service!
Have been feeding my dog Dr John titanium food for 3 years. My dog loves it and is great value for the quality of product you receive. I buy direct from Gilbertson and page and my last order DHL lost one of my sacks of food. Contacted customer services and got a reply within 24hrs and a replacement sack of dog food on my doorstep within 48hrs. Really pleased with how quickly this was delt with and will continue to buy from them for the foreseeable future!
