My experience with Ginger business center
Short version there are cheaper office, dont rent here due to lack of communication between their team and high prices.
I rented an office 100 sqft last year from them, i met their manage Kunal he was very kind and helpful.
Rent was 14k online when i came they said its all rented and only have 16k now and i dont have to pay deposit or tax now.
One year later i was bombarded by two ladies aditya & Babita, they asked if i want to renew i said yes they said it will increase by 1400 i said its fine, i told them i am outside the country and if they can wait for me to come, if not i will let my brother come and pay them & the lack of miscommunication between them i say something and they either reply with un understandable answer or repeat themselves. after few days they said now your rent is 19k and you need t pay.
I tried to call the nice guy the manager or send him a message he didnt reply to either so nice at the beginning only i guess.
After some thinking i told them i dont want it and i found a cheaper office with a bigger space for the original price of 14k.
So dont rent with them.
