I ordered a large quantity of game magazines back in April. This order never arrived and for over a month now I have been trying to obtain a refund. They say that they are requesting compensation from the courier, but that's not my problem, I should be refunded straight away for an order that I have never received.

Edit: it's a pity that I have to post here to get any sort of response... It's now September 7th and I'm still waiting...

Great experience, just one complain: GIS points expire too quickly, they should be extended at least at 4 mounth , better a year.

I submitted my order one week ago. I don't know yet if the products I ordered are both available or not. No communications about the state of my order, it is necessary to login and check the account page on the website.

It took a bit longer than expected but everything was in pristiene condition.

nfortunately not always the wargames stock is as wide as the one of other sellers in the sector. Prices, in wargames, often higher than other shops, even if with the discount codes obtained from previous purchases one can save some money. i usually wait for discount offers. Really appreciated the chance to pay without fees in three tranches( scalapay mode)

I've just bought the castle of burgundy. The box arrived in the fixed time and without any damage. PERFECT CHOICE

Delivery process was perfect. Game was in very good shape but not new, nor “unplayed” (apart from cards that were sealed). Box was showing clear aging by use signs. It was a good buy but should not have been promoted like perfect/unplayed.
