This "company" is a joke and a fraud…

This "company" is a joke and a fraud and a scam. They tell you if you need to return a pair of boots to contact them......long story short, they don't reply!!! It's been over a month and a half. ...I sent the boots back regardless of the no response because they give you only a 2 week window. Haven'tgotten my money back, still haven't gotten a response even though I've sent several emails and messages. Now I'm out my money and the freaking boots!! Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. Don't give them your money.

BUYER BEWARE- They'll take your money and give nothing

I'll simply share my most recent email to GD sent this morning and here below via copy and paste. Keep in mind I was a huge advocate and have purchased at least 6 pairs of Gipsy Dharma boots that I love to this day....but after this I don't think I'll ever do business with them again because I've ever received such terrible treatment from any company before this.

Below is the most recent request I have sent out, copied and pasted here and sent this morning 8/9. Still no response, but that won't surprise you as you read on:

This is my 4th attempt to reach you for a refund after confirming you will not be completing my paid and confirmed order from 7/21. Today is 8/9. 20 days ago you accepted my money and confirmed a 10-14 day expedited shipping order that you have since stated did not actually exist. The order has not and will not be shipped at all.

It took 3 attempts prior to these refund requests to even get a response re: shipping status before you responded to inform me the order has not and will not be shipped because you never actually completed the order in the first place. Not even once did you attempt to contact me to inform me the order was not complete or discuss any alternative options or offer a refund even though you had all of my contact information, including email and phone number.

Considering these boots were for my upcoming wedding ceremony, your lack of professional responsibility left me in a very unfortunate and difficult situation. I thought my footwear for our ceremony was on the way because you never told me otherwise. If you had, and had immediately returned my money as you should have, I would have had the chance to pursue other options. If it weren't for my multiple attempts to reach you, I would've been left with nothing for my wedding day, even though you took my money and misleadingly gave me your commitment.

20 days has passed, multiple attempts to reconcile this have been made on my part, yet you still have my money and will not respond to my multiple attempts to secure a refund.

I placed an order with you on 7/21, order # 11170
This order was fully paid at time of purchase, including fees for expedited 10-14 day shipping.
Total paid to you- $181.72 or £140.00 GBP

After never receiving a shipping confirmation following the order confirmation via website under my account on 7/21 and follow up order confirmation via email on 7/24, I began to feel concerned because days had gone by with no confirmation my expedited order had been shipped.

On Wed, 7/31, 10 days after the order was placed and confirmed, I contacted you through your website's "contact us" method stating that I had not received a shipping confirmation and asking for a status update and tracking link as I had paid an additional fee for expedited(10-14 day) shipping.

On Fri 8/2, after 2 days with no response, I reached out via facebook messenger on your facebook store page referencing my first attempt to reach you via website and again stating and requesting the same, including screenshots of my account page on your website showing the unfulfilled order details and all of my contact information, including email and phone number.
Facebook messenger shows you opened my message on Sunday, Aug 4, but you never responded.

On Mon, 8/5 I made a 3rd attempt to contact you. This time by replying to the email confirmation of my order that you had sent on 7/24. Again stating the same and requesting a status update on my order, when it was shipped and a tracking link. Less than an hour after sending this email message I received a separate email from you stating you were "unfortunately out of stock in that color". No explanation, no apology, no offer to make this up to me, not even a mention of a refund.

Of course this immediately sent me into a panic. I'm now finding out the boots I bought and confirmed for my wedding that I thought would be arriving any day are actually not coming at all and now I need to come up with a different alternative which, with my very specific requirement of dark blue knee-high leather, is a very difficult challenge in general, let alone on such short notice. Your lack of action has already had a major negative impact on me. And yet you continue to hold my money, impeding me in my ability to pay for and secure suitable footwear for my wedding.

Immediately upon receiving your email I responded to you expressing my confusion. I was referring to a confirmed and paid for order for boots that had showed as in stock on your website and now 16 days later, days after I had already expected them to have arrived in the mail, you are telling me they're out of stock? Never having even attempted to contact me prior? I asked you to confirm that I understood you correctly, that you are stating the boots are not actually coming at all and asking why I wasn't contacted sooner. No response

Also on Mon 8/5, my fiance attempted to reach you by phone. His multiple calls went straight to voicemail. He left a message on my behalf with order details asking you to respond.

On Tues 8/6, one day after no response to my email or my fiance's phone message I assumed I was correct in my understanding that you never completed the order and my boots were never sent. I emailed you again, this time clearly and in no uncertain terms requesting a refund. I also explained the importance of receiving this immediately as I now need to use the funds in order to purchase alternative suitable footwear for my wedding and that it is now a very time sensitive issue due to your lack of action. I asked you to process my refund as soon as possible. No response.

On Wed 8/7, I emailed you again. Again stating that you still have my payment for an order you confirmed that you have not and will not be following through with. And asking you to please issue my full refund as soon as possible. I stated that if I did not receive a refund from you within 48 hours I would be pursuing further action against you. No response.

Today is 8/9. In my last email I stated that if I hadn't received my refund from you by now I would be pursuing further action. I am now moving forward in that direction and I am once more requesting my immediate refund. Please issue my full refund so that I can use those funds toward a suitable alternative for my wedding immediately.

Specifics about this company for anyone who has had as poor an experience as I are as follows: Gipsy Dharma Ltd, incorporated in England and Wales, Registration # 08822550. Registered office: 25 Meades Lane, Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1ND.

I’ve ordered boots from GD once a few…

I’ve ordered boots from GD once a few years ago, and I was uncertain exactly how to go about everything and they were very helpful in instructing me how to go about measuring my foot for them to send the right size. They did so, and I loved those boots. They’re so unique, amazingly comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. Recently I have purchased a new pair that was slightly more toned down so I could use them for work. I asked them about the order after about 10 days because I’m on a timeline and they got to me in the next couple of days and got the boots sent out. I’m looking forward to receiving them! Magical Clockwork Fairy Boots

Continued excellent service from Yulia. My clockwork fairy boots arrived recently and I have been enjoying them in the summer sunshine! I get lots of compliments and feel magical. Well worth the wait during busier periods, as GDs are truly unique. I have never felt such soft leather, it's like having a second skin.

The customer service is quick and responsive, the boots are top quality & the leather is soft & amazing. I have purchased 2 pairs, am getting a 3rd. I am honestly hesitant to wear any other shoes now because I love, love, love these!

Hi Gipsy Dharma team and thank you for…your dream team work from a to z

Hi Gipsy Dharma team and thank you for your excellency from a ro z.
First of all I really apreciate the spirit and "made with love" that all the products are thougjt of first as a project and than made by hand one by one, it makes a whole project grown first in the inner consciousness of the artist to end to fit just your demand.
Gipsy Dharma works with the loving energy that helps you and me to be a part of the global consciousness on whitch everybody should care.
Secondly , I must say that when I saw the boots , unique and looking so nice I knew directly I would love to get a pair like those!
So now I have 4 pairs already and will continue to be buying their products with perfect skin, close to the body and in my opinion unique.
I haven't got any trouble with the delivery, first parcel in 3 days and second one within 3 weeks.
So I just can congratulate the conception of GipsyDharma both with their handmade products and their spirit.

Honestly every time I've placed an…

Honestly every time I've placed an order I've had to wait over a month to get my items. (In USA). Rarely ever get responses to messages but have always gotten what I ordered. I'm in love! The colors don't match up to the photos but honestly I prefer the colors I've recieved. I got the green, plum, black, brown, and oxblood knee high boots, got a pair of black ankle boots, the black leather jacket (which I love) and black leather skirt (its cute). I love the raw look. It's so unique. I get compliments every time i wear Gipsy Dharma. I think the price is worth it. I'm about to order more boots soon. GD is my obsession.

Expensive but crap

It took me ages to make the laces fit my leg en feet. That is okey. But I figured out when I wanna put them on again it is too tight to fit my feet. I laced them looser where my feet where, so the boot is too loos on my feet. It was that or struggling with the laces when I wanna put them on. The leather is really fragile I already knew, but even when I was gentle the leather tore apart from the heel trying them on for the first time. I did let someone repair them and made the heel less fragile. Also the boot gives no support to the foot. Like zero support. I regret buying this product. I really do.

Gipsy Dharma Suuuuucks

My first GD experience in 2016 was great. I had been entering their monthly giveaway contest for YEARS and playfully wrote a Seuss-y poem in the comments that resulted in me being awarded a $100 USD gift card because so many people said that I should win. I ordered a pair of pre-order boots that arrived way sooner than expected, fit and looked absolutely fabulous and I was over the moon.

Last year I received their marketing emails highlighting a 50% discount and ordered a pre-order skirt. It said 6-8 weeks to ship.

After about 10 weeks I attempted to contact them requesting an order update. I tried email & FB messenger. No one responded for MONTHS until I found Yulia's direct email via PayPal. She asked if I would consider another colour and I told her I don't mind waiting to get exactly what I ordered, I just wanted to be kept up to date on the situation.

Anyways, 6 months after I placed my order I received the skirt and it looks like a cheap knock-off, doesn't look even similar to what I ordered, doesn't fit the description on their website, and has machinery holes/defects (not "distressed" leather as described but clearly faults in the product).
I emailed Yulia after I received the item, indicating that it was faulty. Not a size or fit issue, not that I just didn't like it, it literally looked like a toddler cut out the pieces. On their website it claims she takes a pic of every item so she can counter claims of faulty products. Of course that's certainly not happening... But she offered to exchange it for another skirt, told me she'd send pictures of what's available, then completely smoke-showed and ceased all communication.

PayPal's dispute window is 120 days after the transaction and it took MUCH longer than that to even get the item, and I attempted to dispute the charge with my cc company but after all her stringing along I'm now past the window to dispute it that way.

So now I'm begrudgingly the unproud owner of a macerated cow skin atrocity that even at half off was STILL 5x more than I would normally ever spend on a skirt that I would not sport in a million years because it's ugly AF and apparently I just have to eat it because of this long drawn out ordeal.

I'm tempted to start a website to document these cases of being royally f*@#ked over by GD to not only warn other people but feel like I'm at least doing something about getting screwed.

Won a gift card!

Won a gift card from their random drawing and got an awesome pair of ankle boots. They have been added to the collection. That makes Black, Brown, and Green Full length, and a black pair of ankle boots! Great boots, and that package always puts a smile on her face :)

I recieved my midnight ocean blue over…

I recieved my midnight ocean blue over the knee boots a couple days ago. Gipsy Dharma chose these for me thru their suprise box special and Im over the moon. They fit so well and the color and style are perfect for me....as if I chose myself. There was also a cute white cotton shirt, with lace up ties...as a suprise gift. Im so satisfied with my purchase and it was exciting to not know what I was getting until I opened the box. It truly was a birthday present to myself...and it arrived on my birth date exactly.....from in Indonesia to British Columbia Canada in about a week. Thank you G.D...I would love more of your style on me.

Beware, beware, and avoid.

Criminal service. I had previously bought boots from Gipsy Dharma, which were fine. In June 2018 I ordered a jacket, paid for it and waited. And waited. Messaged GD for clarification several times, and was fobbed off each time. Having paid with Paypal I eventually opened a discussion via Paypal in November, and GD immediately assured me that the jacket had gone into post that day, so could I close my dispute? In good faith I did so. However, I have received no jacket, and now I can get no answers from GD at all, as she does not respond to my messages, and has removed all trace of my order from her site. This is fraud, and theft, having taken payment for goods she has not delivered.

I got the turquoise boots with the…

I got the turquoise boots with the snakeskin. I loved the colors which were pink yellow and purple on the turquoise and reminded me of rainbow boots. When I received them they were turquoise but with only pink on them. There was no yellow or purple so that made me sad. I knew they were one of a kind and no 2 pair are alike so I kept them. I wore them for the first time and they are the most comfortable boots I have! Make sure you follow the instructions that come with them and you will keep them safe. Thank you Gypsy Dharma and good job!!

Ordered my boots dec 31st 2018 and havent got a single reaponse at all messages on messanger show read not responded to!!!! I am on ssi for mental illness and this is not what i expected waites years to order due to no funds and now this is what i get????

Well where do i start?

Well where do i start?
Over 4 years i wanted to have a pair of boots. But they were always too expensive for me but about 2 months ago there was a coupon over 50% discount and then I finally got my hands on one pair. my pair of boots were preorder and I waited some time for the delivery. Unfortunately, it seems that I have received a wrong pair of boots because why i try to contact them a couple of times to solve this problem. I have tried to contact the shop 6 times but no answer until today (2 weeks since delivery). This has nothing to do with customer service. So please think twice if you would like to enter the risk of not getting what you ordered...

I finally got the boots Ive been…

I finally got the boots Ive been dreaming about for years. The seller was great and communicated each step of the way to help me get exactly what I wanted. She is in England so the time difference was a bit tough to work around but she was great in getting back to me each time. I also got them shipped to me really fast. I love my Gipsy Dharma Boots!

I had a wonderful experience with Gipsy…

I had a wonderful experience with Gipsy Dharma. The seller replied to my fb message very fast and was helpful. The parcel was shipped super fast (from Bali). I picked the fast shipping which cost a lot but the parcel was in Europe in 3 work days. The boots are gorgeous and I love them (plum knee high boots). Due to availability I had to order 1 size larger than I normally would have and they are a bit big as expected but I can make them work by tightening the laces all the way in the ankle area. So the boots are very adjustable and quite forgiving in sizing. I do recommend this company!
