Great support
Every time we need assistance, the team get back to us really quickly and sort the problem or query efficiently. They're always really friendly and helpful and their support is SO much better than any other supplier we deal with. Anmol, Hassan, Sawa - I'm sure there are others but these are the ones I deal with time and time again and they're all great.

Once again Giraffe360 customer service is excellent.
Been using Giraffe360 since I joined the agency in January.
I absolutely love it. With it not only taking pictures, creating a 360 tour it also measures each room to create a floorplan that is clear and easy to read. I love that you can also edit any photos or videos.
Anytime I have had a query regarding changing something or how to do something, it is sorted really quickly. The chat box gives you access to a nice and friendly person, who offers easy instructions on how to solve my problem. I am always telling people about how good the sytem is.
