Sizing completely off and they won’t accept a return
This is the first time I’ve purchased from Girl of Muse because I fell in love with the Teddy Jacket - Cloud. When it arrived it came in a lovely bag but the coat was massive I know it is meant to be oversized which is why I wanted it, I love oversized clothing but this is just ridiculous, I ordered an XL as that said it would be a 14 - 16 but it’s more like a size 20. The arms are also ridiculously long and the inside cuffs are badly stitched, even with all of that I still actually liked the coat so would have tried it in a smaller size but they were sold out so I was just going to send this one back but it when I have tried to create a return it says that because it was a sale item I can’t return this? I appreciate it states this in the returns terms and conditions but it should be made much clearer when you are purchasing an item on sale, it should say this before you check out, if it had I probably wouldn’t have purchased it as I like knowing I can try an item and check the size and send it back and re-order if I need to especially when ordering for the first time with a company so this was really annoying/ disappointing especially when I ordered my normal size and it’s clear that the sizing is completely off as it’s not just me who’s saying it, if you look on Vinted and Depop who are selling this coat for the exact same reason saying it it’s far too big and the sizing is off. Really disappointing especially when there is other items I would have purchased from this brand but knowing I can’t return if needed has now put me off.

Blown away by the quality of clothing
Blown away by the quality of clothing!
I have been following the brand since its launch, but had my reservations ordering what with it being a new company and the items being a little pricey side.
However, I'm so glad I did as the quality is worth every penny. I've tried a few hoodies, t shirts, shirts and a jacket now - all are now firm favourites in my wardrobe.
Great attention to detail, for example branded buttons. Hoodies have washed well, kept their shape and not bobbled so far.
Teddy fleece jacket is thick, heavy and warm, beautifully packaged in a drawstring bag for safe keeping.
Clothes are mostly oversized but clearly stated on the website and come in a wide range of sizes. Suitable for those who are tall like me! I'm over 6ft and size XL fits well and oversized.
Can't recommend enough and looking forward to future drops!

I had followed this brand for a while…
I had followed this brand for a while and loved their clothing. From the colours being neutral giving clean girl aesthetic which we all love! And the sustainability aspect was the cherry on the cake for me, I purchased the MUSE fleece and leggings to match and wow. I am not disappointed I didn’t expect to love them as much as I do.
For the price they are so worth it, I am going to purchase more colours as they have not been off since I bought them. Love the idea you collect points with each perfect to get something for free my first free gift will be a pair of MUSE socks!

Unless giant dont buy pjs
I brought a pair of pjs for £56 they arrived I tried them on and the arms and legs where far too long. They was not in proportion. I didn't hear from them so I ask to return which I did at my own cost. I even chased up the return and was told 14 days to sort out.
Today got a rejection because i didnt send back in original packaging and there is a mark on the front. I have told them not to send back unless i grow a foot and then wont trip over just walking,
so I wont be buying anything from them again, shame I liked the socks and the candles even thought they was a little expensive.

Wow! True quality and class
This is truly a business of passion and love from the founders. As someone who has had a baby this year, the oversized look is my only look and it’s great to have found garments that are perfectly oversized (definitely stick true to size when ordering). I have now placed two orders and the quality is amazing, the fabric is so soft and hangs just right. The Cosy Christmas candle smells so warm and cosy; it definitely holds its own and can be smelt around the entire house! I had a small issue with one of the garments but the customer service is absolutely second to none!! Lightening communication and quick to go the extra mile to resolve. If you are procrastinating over items in your basket, place the order, you won’t regret it!
