Disappointed
I was really excited to try this brand for a first time and treated myself to a bamboo pyjama set. I ordered true to size (I’m usually 10-12) but found it way too big! The quality is amazing so I was really disappointed with the fit and had to return the item. I filled the online return form which offered option for exchange and requested size S. The experience was disappointing as with delivery and return it costed extra £16 which at the end I accepted thinking I will receive exchanged item. Didn’t happen (refund is easier and no extra delivery charge to the company). The item is still available on the website as of today. Despite receiving a refund within few days this really spoiled my wish to order from this brand in the future.

I ordered the cosy Christmas and cocoa by the fire candle and they smell absolutely beautiful 😍. I chose to pay for next day delivery as I do not trust Evri delivery service as they have lost so many parcels.
They arrived next day and beautifully packaged too. Would highly recommend. Great quality great delivery great service!!

I’ve been shopping from Girl of Muse for a while now and honestly can say every item I’ve received is such high quality. I bought four different colours of the Manifest T-shirt just because it’s such a staple, so comfy and I wear it constantly. I’ve just purchased the Cocoa by the Fire candle and I’m in love. Worth every penny, I love the fact it is made from vegan wax and is ethically produced. A beautiful scent that is Christmassy but can be used all year round. I love this candle so much I think I’m going to buy a second one as a backup! Please do more ranges of candles because I’m obsessed!

Great customers service
I order a hoodie for my birthday and it didn't come due to the delivery company. I waited for a while knowing it's a busy month when I eventually messaged them to let them know I hadn't received my ordered they where more than helpful. I bought it in black Friday so was only £30 but they gave me the original price which was £60 to spend on their site I was also offered a refund but the I obviously ordered because the quality of their clothes are amazing. It's the best customer service I have ever received. I have watched Gemma for years so it makes me happy knowing how much her and Jamie care about their customers.

I could not love this brand more if I tried! I purchased from Girl Of Muse being as I love watching Gemmas youtube videos, however I became a repeat purchaser when I received my products and realised they are amazing quality & designs. I highly recommend the bamboo PJs & high waisted leggings. I have so many pairs of Sweaty Betty leggings and these are up there with them in terms of quality and stretch. Cannot fault the customer service either it has been fantastic :-)
