Great customer service but terrible nailpolish
Great customer service and fast delivery. But the nailpolish is terrible. First time i applied it it was a little bit to thick so when it came off the first day i thougt oke that’s my fault. Second time i did exactly what it said and that evening it came off again! I paid 17 euros for a nailpolish that does not even stay on for one day! And i never had a problem with my nails getting yellow after nailpolish. I took this one off after a day and it became yellow. So no i will not use it again.

Great customer service and beautiful color nail polishes!!
Such a great experience ordering from this company. My package got lost for 3 days by UPS, and customer service was super kind and helpful. Luckily the package still arrived, so no help was necessary. But thanks, Tiffany, you made my day with your quick response and kind words.
Haven't tried the nail polishes yet, but the colors look amazing. Makes me want to buy more, and for my friends as well!

I like that you take a stance and make it heard - through every product and project you do. The product itself is one of my favourites - from nail colours that are healthy for me to a self-care routine I had previously no idea about.
In the past, I didn’t use a nail polish that much. The main obstacles for me were the lack of nice colours and the smell - I didn’t really mind the smell (it’s ok for 5 minutes so to say) but it prevented me from doing my nails in “comfortable” places for me while talking to my partner or watching something. Besides, when my mum had a manicure done by a manicurist at home, I’d always get one too and I loved the pure moments of care and time dedicated to maintaining the nail health. So for me, these two elements are back with gitti - now I frequently paint my nails but also take time to make it my relax session by taking care fully of my nails.

what I really like is that the water-based nail polish has no odor, it literally stays on my nails for a week and when I take the polish off, my nails look healthy. With other brands nail polish my nails turned yellow. Now I can enjoy a color on my nails again without any damage.

I love Gitti
I love Gitti! I own several water-based and also some plant-based colours. Their customer service and ethics are amazing and shipping within Germany is super quick. Definitely recommend them highly!

I color my nails since many years and had some reconsideration due to the chemical material contained in regular nail polishes. Then I discovered gitti and I love it!
Waterbased, it does not smell, colors are amazing, very easy to put on, etc. and its durability is good...
I threw away all other products I had (and never finished) to keep it simple and stick to the best
