I can highly recommend Givergy for your next virtual event! I organised a Christmas Gala auction and was so nervous to hold it virtually for the first time in 9 years, but Ella and the team were amazing from start to finish. The whole process was simple with helpful communication every step of the way and the event received great feedback.

Very poor communication, leaving prize winners very unhappy and confused

This is a quality product that we trusted to support of 3 campaigns this year based on an introduction. One campaign was in London and the other 2 were in the US (NY & SF). The events all varied in format, but Givergy was a fantastic system throughout, and their team were very responsive...which was important to us.

I recently worked with Givergy for our Virtual Gala, raising money for charity, and found their service extremely helpful and supportive, even with my numerous questions!

All the Givergy staff have been very quick to respond and action items/queries that I raised, and always happy to help with whatever I needed.

I have found their system easy to navigate, and simple to upload pledges & auction items, and easy to change the design to make each platform unique and fitting with our event.

From a supporter perspective, the site was very easy to use, looked fab, and helped to raise a lot of money for a great cause!

Great customer service and a good virtual fundraising mechanism. We used Givergy to run a silent auction, raffle and donation platform. We are a small charity, but Givergy always made us feel like we were valuable. Our questions were always answered quickly, Givergy consistently made an effort to tailor the product to our needs, and made sure we felt confident using it going into our event.

From start to finish the team at Givergy couldn't have been more helpful, professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with for our event. Emails were answered very quickly, information and reports were easy to find and the format was very user friendly.

Very easy to use auction and ticketing site for our events. Ella has looked after us amazingly for our last few events and has always answered super quick to any questions we have had!
Our only bit of feedback is that it would be great if there was a 'basket option for guests to add event tickets and raffle tickets etc into, so they could make 1 payment as opposed to a few different ones.

Easy experience but it would have helped to know the winner needs to live in the UK. 😢
