A smooth experience. Item arrived quickly to Miami and well protected, all for a good price. To be more.especific, I came looking for a Redmi turbo 3, a smartphone that (according to some internet users) trades blows with many others up there in the wallet sucking tier, without it being nearly as expensive. Giztop sold it for the lowest price, unlike some other popular names, so I took on the offer. It was a great choice, because my phone user experience is the best is has ever been, without a whole lot of money spent nor any shipment hassles.

No problems, good experience. I was a little on the ropes about ordering from this company because I hadn't heard of them and the website looked a little sketchy.
I read a lot of reviews saying they are trustworthy so I placed an order. Shipping was exactly on time but the tracking was not updated very often. It looked like the package was going to take a lot longer based on the tracking updates but it came on time. Thanks Giztop.

Good communication and very quick delivery of the new red magic tablet I ordered. Would definitely use Giztop again based on this experience.

I brought a smart watch (OPPO Watch 4 Pro) from Giztop which was delivered on the 27 Decemeber.
The product info mentioned that languages available are English/Chinese only.
Unknown to me the watch cannot be setup (to work/function) until you create an Oppo Heytap account in which you must setup the region/country to where watch came from (China) and you need access to a chinese mobile phone number to recieve a setup code for the watch to function.
As I am in the UK, I cannot obtain a chinese mobile phone number.
I guess you can argue that I should have checked first reference setting up prior to buying, but I can argue where sell an item which can only be setup for China only.
So I now have what looks like an inoperative smart watch which is an expensive (£391.73 ) paperweight, unless Giztop allows it to be returned (opened) as they retun policy appear to be 14 days unopened.

Faster, immaculate products and shipping.
