I ordered an Oppo N5 Global from them and after paying and placing the order they were unable to deliver the phone. They asked me if I wanted another model, I said no cancel the order and to receive my refund I had to pay their Paypal fees on a phone they did not have. Poor way to do business.

In just 10 days I received my Vivo X200 Pro in perfect condition in the Canary Islands, (Spain).
The service and customer service were excellent.
I recommend this store for its reliability, professionalism, and customer communication.

Bought the OnePlus 13 with colorOS. Came pretty fast to eu. Love the phone but some of the chinese bloatware are annoying. I recommend Giztop.

Great delivery time, great product and customer service. Bought two Oneplus 13 mobile phones, mine was 24Gb version which is not even available in UK.

Product was exactly what was needed, and delivery was quite quickly considering this is an overseas purchase for me. Thank you Giztop team!

My phone arrived damaged. I contacted Giztop about rectifying this. They said they would issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged device, which is understandable. However, the instructions on how to return the device did not include a return shipping label. I have been emailing them back & forth explaining this since January. I refuse to lose $200 off the price of my return in shipping (from the US to HK). I know there is a time difference, but it is always days before I hear back from them. They are not offering to pay for shipping, just telling me to try other shippers. Bad experience!

Good communication, quick delivery

I recently purchased Xiaomi 14 Ultra from Giztop. I ordered it on the 16th of Feb. I used express courier to deliver it to Johannesburg, South Africa and I got it delivered on 28th Feb. The phone was in excellent condition when I received it. There was some issues with the customs, they asked me to pay 66 USD, I reached out to Giztop and requested them to refund me. They stated this issue doesn't happen usually and refunded me half the amount, $33 USD.
Whenever I reached out to Giztop via email or chat, they responded on time and kept reassuring me about quality and delivery.
I am happy with the whole experience. I will surely order from them in the future as well.

Ordering my iQoo Neo 10 was a smooth process. They processed my order and it was sent off as soon as possible. Tracking was a breeze. Given my location I am impressed at how fast it arrived.
I like navigating the window and there even a comparison feature. If I had to I'd come back to Giztop to order a new phone. I recommend it.

I have been talking to them now like a whole week. The phone I bought was in stock. I paid for express shipping. Every day Giztop says the same thing "It has been posted and we will send the tracking this afternoon". But I hear nothing from them and the next day it's the same telling me to be patient. I paid over $1300 and I haven't even got a tracking number. I just want some honestly, do you have the phone in stock? Be honest and provide the tracking information to your buyers!

Generally ok just dispatch could be a bit quicker I believe. Phone as described.
