Very helpful and responsive, item shipped securely using DHL.

The shipment was sent back to the store twice and was successfully delivered only after changing the carrier.
As a result, the purchased gift arrived late for the delivery date.

Tech support was helpful.

I purchased a high-end Android tablet not yet available in Canada. Service was excellent. Item was pre-ordered and shipped promptly when released. Would not hesitate to buy from Giztop again.

I've ordered OnePlus 13 with OxygenOS, when I received it, the display wasn't working at all, the touch wouldn't work or anything else.

I've contacted support for warranty, and they blamed the fault on me for wanting OxygenOS flashed on the phone.

When I went to a repair shop, the display was completely dead upon arrival, and not a software bug. The repair price was half of the phone price!!! 300$.

I don't recommend buying from giztop, unless you understand you won't have ANY warranty whatsoever.

Communication could be better, i asked for the phone to have oxygen OS and i didn't get a reply. i would buy again

Items arrive all good, customer support should add more information if phone is Chinese with Chinese sim number to enable all services

They delivered a completely different product than what I ordered, worth a fraction of the cost. It took them over 10 days to even put the wrong product into the 'expedited' shipping process. After weeks and over a dozen emails they have not made any effort to resolve their error. My bank has frozen the transaction and is attempting to get a response from them, which they've been waiting over a week for now.

Great store. Maybe faster shipping to Slovenia next time:) I recommend this store.

Recieved my package way ahead of time and in perfect conditions. My tablet had already been pre-setup with google play and english as the main language wich I really appreciate. I've purchased the previpis models from other sitems and always have to spend an hour setting it up before I can actually use, this time it was ready out of the box.

First and last time. They lied about delivery time. My order got delayed multiple weeks. And i had to pay customs even though they promise on their website that people living in Europe don't have to pay customs.

at first I was so skeptical about this website, but it was one of the only few websites that offer a very reasonable price for the most newest pieces of tech.
I made the order on 29/04/2025 to Saudi Arabia through their (paypal checkout)
which takes 3.5% on top of the original price unnecessarily, but it's what it's.

after one week of no change on the tracking number ( which is worrying) considering my first time.
but eventually I got what they promised even before the stated expected delivery date.

the experience was good enough to make me try them again.

I made a second order to my sister in Italy , and the same thing happened with the tracking almost a week of no updates on the tracking , but eventually sis received it on time as well.

My order originally said it would take a week and a half to get to me. It ended up getting here in 5 days, which is half the time. Everything worked as it should and we were very pleased. I will do business with giztop again.
