I bought a pair or earbuds that turns out to be faulty, tried to contact them to resolve the issue, NO REPLY AT ALL!

Have bought several devices from Giztop and have never been disappointed. My last device i bought i actually got a upgrade because they didn't have the size storage and ram version and i got the version with more ram.

I was hesitant to buy import electronics, but the product from Giztop was exactly the specs I wanted with no US release yet. Giztop's name came up in multiple YouTube creator videos as a place to use and they did not disappoint. Giztop was simple and shipping was quick. I had to pay a small tariff import fee through DHL for the customs overage, but I was warned ahead of time. I would buy from Giztop again, no problem.

Fast shipping but bad service. I bought a Oneplus Ace 5 and it broke by normal use, still under warranty and i sent it back. Barely got updates about if my phone was being repaired of if a new one got sent back.

Very good communication with the GizTop staff.
They were very correct and I received what I ordered.

Quick delivery, around $40 each in customs for Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 and Redmi Note 15. Both arrived in good condition, no issues so far.

Order shipped out reasonably quick. Changed my mind after order and made a request through online chat and was contacted within 24 hours and order was modified without issue. Ended up having to pay a tariff to UPS (shipped to US) but that is no fault of the company.

I received my order in time and I love how effective the customer service was! What I ordered was perfectly packaged and there was no scratch, or something to get mad over. I'm happy with everything I got and because of that, I'll probably order again in the future!

I bought the new xiaomi 17 pro max from giztop the phone was in-stock i paid extra for the express shipping which would get the phone to me in 10 business days. Its been 7 days so far since i purchased the phone and they still haven't shipped the phone . everytime i contact them they keep saying not to worry it will be shipped, i contacted them again yesterday and said they will pass on the message to get my phone shipped. Now the only think i can think of is they are selling phones that are out of stock !! Why did i pay for express shipping i don't understand at least tell me the truth instead of making me wait and worry about not receiving the product i purchased or send my money back for the express shipping that i paid extra for !!! I will give them tis tho they are quick to reply my messages just not very good at solving problems

Giztop did not declare the correct values on the commercial invoices. If we were to get audited in the future, we would get in serious trouble for avoiding duties and applicable tariffs. Because of this, we will not be buying from Giztop any more for anything in the future.
