You will experience the feel of an hotel but not the price! Our claim of quality is endorsed by clients and visitors alike, and especially the quality of our breakfasts. Our guest house is situated right in the thick of things: you can walk to work in the High Street or the Globe Business Park; Marlow-on-Thames‘ myriad of restaurants are within walking distance, including the Hand and Flowers and Vanilla Pod; the start of your Thames River tow path walk starts at the bridge at the bottom of the High Street; you can come back on foot to our B&B from a reception at the Compleat Angler Hotel. If you arrive by rail you can walk to our guest house from the Railway Station. If you arrive by car, please note we provide off-road parking. You have 10 luxury en-suite bedrooms from which to choose that are located across two houses, Glade End (No 2 Little Marlow Road) and The Glade (75 Glade Road). All rooms have the facilities you would expect of an hotel, including wireless internet access. You can expect a quality breakfast in the morning too. Marlow-on-Thames is very well positioned within the Thames Valley. Access to the M40 and M4 arteries is very easy from the Marlow by-pass. The major towns of High Wycombe (9 minutes) and Maidenhead (12 minutes) are quickly reached by road from our guest house. London is accessible in about an hour by both road and rail.

A very enjoyable stay
Four of us went for the weekend to visit our very good friends who live in Marlow. Glade End Guest House is ideally situated at one end of the town within easy walking distance of the high street. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, staff are very friendly, breakfast superb. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable Overnight Stay
The Glade End Guest House has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and the self check in process was smooth and very convenient. The location was great with the town center a five minute walk away. The room was perfectly sized and cozy and the bed nice and comfortable. We had a great cooked breakfast the next morning- good quality and perfect portion size. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect location for visiting Marlow, everywhere in walking distance. Room was very comfortable and good facilities. Breakfast was very good too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely Guest House
Had a very pleasant stay for a visit to The Hand & Flowers, only a half mile walk away. Self check in is easy and convenient, breakfast was delicious and promptly served. Our morning waitress was lovely. Thanks for a very comfortable evening and morning.

My husband and I stayed for one night as we were eating at The Hand and Flower which only a short walk away. It was a great choice; a great location; a lovely, bright and very clean room; an excellent breakfast; and friendly and very welcoming staff. We fully recommend Glade End to anybody planning a trip to Marlow.

Great option for Marlow visit
We enjoyed cashier break at Glade End and found it to be in a great location 5 minute walk from the town centre. Self service check in worked well and the room was clean and had all we required. The room was on the main road so as it was a hot night and we had the windows open, we had some traffic noise but it was ok. The staff were very friendly and attentive and compliments to the chef for the lovely cooked breakfast! Would definitely recommend and use again if in the area. Thanks

Ideal location for seeing Marlow
This B&B is in an ideal spot for visiting Marlow. It was easy to find and the door entry was very easy to use. Everything we needed was provided and the room was spacious and well equipped. The en suite was lovely and the shower pressure very good. It was ideal that we had parking at the back of the B&B which gave us peace of mind, although the area is so nice I'm sure there wouldn't be any problem leaving your car on the road.
It is only a five minute walk in to town which is really worth visiting.
Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on which way you look at it, it was extremely good weather so we had to sleep with the window open. Whilst there was traffic noise we were able to sleep but, on the basis that it is not normally as hot, I'm sure that once the window was shut this would cut down drastically on the traffic noise.
The breakfast was delicious with a very good selection. The lady serving was extremely nice and very helpful.
We would certainly stay again.

Too noisy!!
We stayed in the 'Gregory' room which was clean however the traffic noise was terrible and we couldn't sleep, it was a very hot night and although a small fan was provided it simply moved the already stifling air around the room, so it was either close the windows and bake or open them and suffer the noise either way we didn't sleep. Then at 5am in the morning the radiator came on!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was lovely, but the room was not acceptable and was certainly not worth £110.00 we paid for the night.

Very nice stay
My family and I stayed at Glade End in July'17. We gad an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were cozy and very clean. The breakfast was fresh and well coocked. Thank you Nicole and all the ladies working there for the warm welcome!

The place to stay for great accommodation & a fab breakfast!
We had a weekend trip to Marlow and stayed for 2 nights in the Glade End. There is convenient parking and a very efficient self check-in process. We were delighted with our room which was bright and spacious with great en suite facilities. The breakfast room was lovely and airy and the food was delicious - couldn't have asked for more. The guest house is well located and a short stroll to the centre of Marlow so in easy reach of the shops and river walks. A great base for touring the local area - we had lovely trips to Henley. Eton and Windsor. Definitely the place to stay if you are visiting this lovely part of the world.

Great room, clean. Self check-in worked well. Good value for money as other hotels in the area are quite expensive. This worked well for us as we were dining at the Hand & Flowers so just wanted somewhere for one night. Best english breakfast I've had in a long time. Would definitely go back. Lovely B&B in a lovely town.

Great self check in, so you can arrive when you want. Good size rooms. Fantastic staff. A super breakfast cooked to order. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Plenty of local knowledge on great walks and places to eat and drink.

Great stay
My husband and I had a lovely couple of days, and although there was a power cut it couldn't have been better dealt with by the team. It's perfectly located to Marlow & very well sign posted with a self check in that suited us perfectly. We had some great advice and directions on how to get about which was really appreciated. The breakfast was quick and with great quality ingredients which makes the difference. Will definitely hope to return again. I actually booked the B&B as it had been recommended by work colleagues and you maintained the great reputation you already have in Cardiff. Da iawn!!

Low quality and high price
Muddled advice before arrival with two different numbers for entry code and no response to my request for explanation.
Room failings included dead light bulb, faulty TV, low water pressure and lack of adequate shelving.
I was rudely directed to a poky table at breakfast time and then had my coffee cup over-filled, a bad start to the day.
Altogether over-priced for such poor service.
