Do not waste your money!
After reading the reviews I spend so much money on some stupid masks and creams. My skin is gone worse after using the masks. Half of my item I never received and was charged for full items. The reviews are absolutely fake! Waste of money spending for something calls glamglow! Bad customer service never replies back. Once they have their money the don’t care about the rest!

Terrible costumer service!
Spoke to Deny about my undelivered parcel, he couldn’t help at all. Raised a complaint, waiting for respond for 2 weeks.
I believed that Estée Lauder got a good reputation, but don’t really care about their costumers.
Will never ever buy any products under this company again.

Placed 2 Orders on the same day.
1st order arrived in a week with a missing item.
Contact Customer Service through website
2nd order was in warehouse for over 4 weeks.
No response from customer service for 4 weeks
Managed to speak to Ria on Facebook and she sorted everything out within a couple of days.

So so so bad !!!
The clay mask instructions say 5-20 minutes on a clean face. I followed the instructions and cleaned it off after 15 minutes only to be left with red marks all around my face where the mask had been. 30 minutes later and it has still not gone away. I do not in any way have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction before.
Terrible terrible product will never use again
Don’t know how long it’s going to take for my face to go down

GLAMGLOW overall review
The brand GLAMGLOW produces brilliant products for consumers. As much as the products I have tried so far have satisfied me, the retail prices are too high for the average makeup/skincare guru. I feel that if the prices of the products were decreased, I feel that the sales would rapidly increase; resulting in an even more successful brand.

Amazing skincare!!
The range of products that cater for different skin types is incredible and I have loved every product that I have tried from this brand - furthermore, I recently received a damaged product and customer service were quick to apologise and send me a replacement, no fuss.
