I ordered a pair of lenses 8 days ago, and I paid for 1st class Royal mail, I have received nothing, tried to contact them but no one answer, I am thinking that this is a scam, and I will proceed to cancel the payment with my bank company. Really bad experience, they are no so professional.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now, in the beginning they were ok but they have increasingly gotten worse and worse. A few months ago I got a damaged lens and getting a replacement was like getting blood out of a stone...had to send it back for “analysis” and after many, many, letters I got a replacement 5 weeks later.
I am now waiting for an order that I placed nearly a month ago (for lenses that were in stock and would take 3 to 5 days delivery) I emailed several departments in the company and finally got one reply with a promise of a prompt delivery, I am still waiting...
I am now seeking legal advice as I’m not prepared to throw my money away.

Be Careful with Glam lenses company. Recently I bought solotica lenses through Glam Lenses. The colour was not as advertised. Yellow not blue. Iv been buying colour lenses for some years and know my way around. After a lot of back and forth emails, I was asked to return the lenses to solotica, I did so but Both company s say they haven't received them. Iv sent a picture of my postal receipt . There now saying they have no previous emails from me. That still owe me £25. Don't trust them.

My experience with glam lenses has been great. I was recommended this website for contacts and when i ordered a pair i was not dissapointed at all they were great and i would love to get many more. I’ve ordered a few lenses from this company and I have had perfect service every single time. My favourite are of course the solotica lenses which always seem to be on offer. Such a bonus! All lenses come with a lens case whether it’s the solotica case or a cute rose case. They’ve also started a loyalty reward points programme which is the best. Recommend 10/10!

This is my honest review for glam lenses. I ordered glam lenses last year and they arrived about 3 days. It is safe to say that they were comfortable wearing them even though it was my first time! I honestly love the colour that I bough (sterling gray). I can recommend this company to anyone who loves to wear lense at an affordable price and those who are wanting to try one for the first time! I had samples to try on before I bought more!

This sounds so unreal glam lenses doing a give away as i absolutely looovvveeee the contact lenses. Ive been wearing contact lenses for over 6 years and i have never and i mean NEVER received this many compliments over there solotica lenses. I also no they do a variety of contact lenses as well as there different colours which suit anyone. Also i would like to say the biggest THANKYOU to glam lenses for there existence and bieng so helpfull replying to any questions, there service is 100% on point, quick delivery, incredibly POLITE and i have not till date been disappointed with them. i would definitely recommend glam lenses to everyone i promose you wont regret it.

Ok so I've tried color contacts before but they always looked too fake or unbelievable (freshlook, acuvue, etc.) so i decided to stick with clear contact lenses since I use them to see as well. Well not until recently I began my search for the most realistic contacts that most anybody can afford... That is when I dicovered Solotica and there wide selection of colors for almost anybody! These lenses are so comfortable and they look so natural and flattering (I definitely check my beautiful eye colour in mirror few times a day not to mention how many times people mention what a lovely colour my eyes are and when I tell them what they coloured eye contacts they can't believe how natural they look ) and thank you so much for Glam Lenses team for being so helpful and very fast with replying with any of my questions the costumer service is 100%++
