I´m very satisfied. Bangle was beautiful, in a high quality. And delivery so fast. I will purchase by Glamulet again.

Nice website, good goods description, good prices, only thing to improve is if I pay 6$ delivery costs i would like to have goods delivered into my hands, not only to my post box.

Was very pleased with charms & fast delivery. Always a bit worried when using a new company but they were great.

I have a Glamulet bracelet and a few other charms. It is pretty obvious that I am a huge fan of the Glamulet charms. I have always loved the expensive Pandora bracelets and charms. I love the way they signify different events or times of importance in life. I could not afford them so I am so happy I found Glamulet! The quality is comparable to Pandora and all Pandora charms "fit like a charm". They are so much fun to collect and always can start a conversation.

I ordered my items on 1/18/2018. I still have not received them or am I able to track the item with the shipping number provided

I had some charms bought from here for me for Christmas and they were lovely, so I decided to go on and buy some for myself. I ordered a bracelet (which I need to exchange as it is too big) and 5 charms. 2 charms were fine but the other 3 were personalised with pictures and are terrible. You can’t even really see what the pictures are and yet on the website they looked good (hence why I ordered them). Once I had ordered I realised they are in China and then had an invoice from DHL to pay for postage as they hadn’t paid enough their end. I spent over £100 and am not happy with the charms or their customer service. I have contacted them 4 times now and still haven’t had a response. I am now going through PayPal resolution centre to try and resolve this issue.

My package was sent quickly and promptly.and waa exactly what I ordered.

I ordered on Dec. 18th. And have not received an email or call back regarding my item. I could not find a 1-800 number and would like to know about my jewelry asap. Please

useless. Still waiting on my order from the 11th and haven’t had any update on the whereabouts of it when I tracked it. Apparently it’s having a nice long holiday in Shanghai. Emailed and got no reply. Don’t even know if you’s are actually a legit company now for all I know I’ve just given my money to some scammers

Still waiting for my item, I placed it on the 01/12/12. I keep looking at my tracking number and it still says it's at the airport for the last 7 days. It's a Christmas present, i know you say it takes 3-5 days to make but I feel like it should say on the website so I could have ordered it sooner!

I had placed an order 11/27 and it says my tracking number doesn't exist . And I sent emails and I get no reply , this was a gift to my mom for Christmas of my brother who passed away . I pray and hope I get it by Friday .

I was weary of using this site in the first place, as it doesn't have a padlock in the URL, and the tracking sight looks dodgy. I haven't received my order yet, so am unsure of the quality, but I ordered my photo charm in plenty of time for Christmas (on the 30th of November) and I still haven't received my order that I was promised, so I am getting concerned. This was supposed to be my main present to my mum for Christmas, and as far as I know, my order is still in Shanghai. I will write another review if and when my order turns up regarding the quality, but I will be highly upset if it doesn't arrive- judging by the other comments though, people seem to be receiving theirs as promised, so I still have some faith.

I emailed the customer service and they asked me to be patient and gave me a tracking number, looks like it has only just today left the airport??? The delivery is awful. I ordered a pet charm for my daughter for Christmas and I am now really worried it is not going to turn up. Also the website hides the fact that deliveries are coming from China not America as it states that's where its head quarters are. Trying to pull the wool over customers eyes is terrible service. They should be honest about where the items are coming from and how long it will take. It certainly isn't 9-15 days. If they had been honest I would have ordered earlier!

UPDATE SEE REPLY FROM GLAMULET BELOW..... No I didn’t receive by christmas so my daughter now has no Christmas present and I ordered in the 23th of November so your reply below is rubbish. Thank you for lying to customers about where your items ship from and hiding it in your website. And the waste of time tracking still shows the item at PR sorting office as of the 17th nothing since and you call that tracking? Your a bunch of con artists.
UPDATE
DECEMBER 30 still no item and no further tracking either . In the new year I will be requesting a refund and will put an update of that on here. I have also advised everyone not to order from this shoddy site .

Still waiting to hear back emailed raised ticket and facebooked.
The thing which is causing the concern paid for express and still not had within the time.
Very poor! products look great but this has cause a lot of upset as is a christmas gift.

Would like to update a have got them with time to spare ... the charms are great and are really well made .

Just the time frame and the fact the invoice sent does not state longer if getting a personalised charm.
So feel it fair to change the review as they were helpful and did get in touch to help just the website needs to be more clear and the invoice needs to be more accurate.

I’m totally disgusted with this company I wouldant mind but they took my money straight away I never received any confirmation I’ve sent numerous emails explaining that I ordered two photo charms as a gift to be left to a wife and daughter as a parting gift as he only has days left and keeps asking have they arrived I’ve tried contacting and asking if they can just let me know if I will receive them I wasn’t even sent a tracking number 😒I’m thinking I may have to order from some were else I will take this further it’s so wrong if glamulet see this could you please contact me my name is Carol Benham

Looks very nice(like orginal).If you dont wont pay big many its good idea,choice Glamulet.
