Excellent photocharm, the image is exactly as I ordered it. Such a lovely charm design on the rear of the charm too. Absolutely delighted with it. Will definitely use Glamulet again.

The customer service is nonexistent! I made a mistake in my purchase and contacted them immediately after that for more than 10 times and haven’t heard back from them and haven’t received my item either. There are certainly room for improvement.

When I ordered the charms it said it would take almost 15 days to get and I thought well that's not bad considering one of the charms was a personalized photo charm. To my surprise I received it in 1 week from ordering it! And LOVED it!!!!

Lovely product. It is very different and special because of the charms with personal pictures. My wife loved it and was surprised that I selected pictures of special moments we shared.

After buying I got zero communication (not even an order number) from glamulet and spent 15 days losing my mind and trying to contact the company at all cost.

The product is great (and finally arrived) but he service is terrible.

I got a lovely charm for a great price. lm very pleased with it l had to wait around 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and it was worth it.

Tracking information is terrible!!! I placed my order on 4/17/18 and it was supposed to arrive within 9-15 days. Today is day 16 and the tracking information only lists details through 4/19/18 showing that the package is still in Shanghai. I'm in Puerto Rico (USA territory) so I wonder when I'll get the package if it still hasn't left Shanghai. I hope that the items are worth the wait when they arrive.

I bought from this company thinking they were based in the states as this is what they lead you to believe. I have spent quite a lot of money and have to say the charms were lovely and of good quality. No issues at all, however they assured me that they would pay duty as found out based in China only when I got letters from DHL stating they never paid it! I went back to Glamulet on various occasions and they assured me that they paid DHL, I stupidly trusted them and last week had a letter from DHL collection agency threatening court action and I have to pay duty and administration charges now!! I am disgusted with Glamulet because they just make you not want to deal with China at all and for very good reason it seems! I emailed them so many times and I have not got a response at all, now looking at what recourse I have with them.. Glamulet is a scam from making you believe they are American to their fake customer service...

Hi I received my order a long time ago but waited to see if any changes will take place with the charms.
These charms are exquisite and everything I hoped it will be. Gorgeous looks and durable. Would recommend any day.

I made the order and didn’t receive one item. they wrote that will make a refund. money was not returned to me, my letters are not answered. I was deceived!!!

Nearly a full calendar month and no product delivered. Don't deal with this lot....it's a scam!
