Very unhappy
I purchased three charms and one of them was the super special of $5.99 which was available at the time of purchase. However I received an awful looking cheap charm instead of the special as they said it was out of stock. They offered me 20% off my next purchase to make up for it. After this experience there will not be a next purchase ever. :(
