Today is 24th Dec and placed my order on the 8th I’d December. Looks like I won’t have my bracket in time for Christmas. Seems like it was coming from China and according to the tracking link has been in the air for nearly two weeks.

Placed my order well before Christmas and ordered other items from different companies that I have received weeks ago,today is the last postage in my country and tracking says it's still in China very bad service

The charm was very nice but the presentation box was miles to big looked a bit silly as it was a gift.

Before my purchase shipping was 9-15 days, I won't receive my goods for at least 25 days, Christmas is ruined

Very disappointed I ordered a heap of pandora charms for Christmas presents I ordered them on the same day and only part of it came when I ordered it a bit over a month ago please get back to me about the problem

I placed an order on 12-4-18 I paid for it and have never received the charms that I ordered. I have tried to communicate with them and have gotten no response

The charm was too small. It doesnt suit my bracelet at all

I ordered 7charms ,not all for the same person $125.00 you would think you would receive them in individual boxes. Now to search for enough boxes. This should have been stated in you advertisement. Charms themselves are fine.

Lovely charm for bracelet. Arrived in a timely fashion...picture I used was great and looked the biz! Would highly recommend 👍

I uploaded a photograph of my dog for a charm. She is a chocolate brown cockapoo. When I got the charm there is a photo of a woman holding a pug. The company said this is what I uploaded but I’ve never seen this woman or her dog in my life. They also thought it acceptable that they send me a generic email clearly showing my account name and PASSWORD!! What the hell?
On contacting them the person via email asked me “am I ok?” and what is the problem showing your password!! Beating in mind once you access the account you can see saved payment details.
They are a shambles of a company obviously run from the Far East not the UK as the name implies. Asked to be sent the correct one only to be told I have the correct one.
Gutted as this was a Christmas present.

In case your wondering...,I am ok!! I am a company director of a Health, Safety and Well-being company who conduct courses is Mental Health amongst other things...so certainly have no major problems that I know of.

Save your money. Don’t buy off these muppets.
