Like the ability to capture meaningful moments with custom charms. I wish that the feature had allowed me to "minimize" the entire shot of my uploaded picture as only a small portion of what I wanted to capture would fit into the charm. However, the person who received it for her Pandora charm bracelet was thrilled, just the same. Thank you, Glamulet.

I thought Glamulet is a very poor company. I ordered five charms on the 12th December. They arrived at the last minute. They were for presents. They all came in the same box. I was hopeing for five boxes. I have ordered charms before and they have come in Pandora boxes. Would not buy from Glamulet ever again.

Fantastic charm I had done for my mum with a picture of her and her parents before they passed brought her to tears xmas day paid extra for quick delivery and all arrived perfect thank you

As hoped these lovely charms arrived in time for Christmas, beautifully packed and every bit as beautiful as I had hoped.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received charm. There was nothing on the site at the time of ordering to alert the customer that the item would be sent from China. Tracking doesn't work and after contacting Glamulet a week ago I still haven't received a reply.

Picture quality is great. I will order more in the future.

My first purchase on the web with much trepidation, all went better than expected. Arrived within quoted time ,only 5 days and product exactly as advertised, saving hundreds of dollars on direct shop purchases in Oz. Will not hesitate to re-order in near future.

Great company Pandora Charms are beautiful

Ordered on 3rd December for Christmas. Products never arrived. So dissapointing.

Was disappointed with the quality of the items

1. i never saw anything that told me Glamulet was an out of country website.

2. I did not receive any updates or advance notices regarding my order.

3. The website was the most difficult site I have ever navigated. My order was sent to a place I had no knowledge of plus by the time I figured out where to look to get updates on my order, it was delivered the next day.

4. Purely unacceptable.

5. The prices of the products were great. To say I would go to this site again....sorry...I won't.

I’ve ordeted charms from Glamulet for several years and I’ve always been happy with the quality of the charms and the service. Great company!

I wouldn't even give 1 star as I didn't receive my order that I ordered the first week in December which was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter will not be ordering from Glamulet Again....

I had no problem with my order it was delivered well within the time scale stated at the time of ordering
