I placed an order on the 28th of December 2018. I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out three times via email concerning my order and never received a response. I had to reach out to paypal to file a claim against them to get my money back.

I am retracting my original review as I finally did receive about a month after purchase. No tracking provided by email or any response from company when attempting to reach out to them... otherwise very pleased with quality and craftsmanship

If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a charm back in October, to make sure it arrived before Christmas, when it arrived it was of very poor quality, so I emailed and was offered a replacement (customer service was okay at this point)

When the replacement charm arrived, it was worse than the first one, again I emailed and was again offered a replacement (again customer service was okay at this point)

After a few weeks the second replacement had still not arrived, several emails sent and all ignored.

I raised a new ticket through their website and got a reply, it was from the same person who had been ignoring my emails, and he refused to acknowledge that a 2nd replacement was offered. This was at the beginning of December, he has since refused to reply to any more emails and 2 more tickets have been raised and they have also been ignored.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, if you have a problem you have no chance of sorting it, if you are lucky to get an item in good condition then the products are good.

I ordered three of the personalized charms as gifts for Christmas. When I placed the order I was not aware the items shipped from China. The charms were all late despite initial estimates they would arrive in time. One of them was really cute, but the other two were not done well. I would not recommend ordering from the site.

I have ordered from glamulet in the past three years with EXCEPTIONAL SATISFSCTION! HOWEVER!!!...This go around I ordered three photo charms and two of the three were damaged day one. I'm not sure if the layover wasn't completely finished when they came out of production or what happened, but i can now hardly make out the photos in the charms and am considering returning them for a refund. The other charm was fine. The photo charm I purchased 3 years ago is in pristene condition after MUCH wear! Like I NEVER EVER take my bracelets and charms off except to clean them and I had never had an issue. I have been recommending glamulet ever since but this time I'm reconsidering their praise. This time I am severely displeased with what I received. The pieces I ordered were pictures of my children and meant to be sentimental.

Charms are exactly as I expected. Fits and blends well with my Pandora charms. Loved the so much I ordered more for gifts.

Product was fine, but my initial order was "lost" and so there was a delay in receiving the goods. Once the delay was reported the firm was very helpful and promptly sorted the issue, and despatched the order by fast mail. Recommended.

I ordered items on December 8th for Christmas Presents. The order did not arrive until January 2nd and was incomplete. If they could not send it in time for Christmas I would have appreciated the opportunity to either cancel the order or at least been informed.

I ordered four charms and they are of excellent quality. They arrived within the stated timeframe. Overall very happy with the purchase
