Overall very satisfied with the product…

Overall very satisfied with the product received.
However, tracking the shipment was very difficult (the link and order number didn't work on the website) and I wondered if I was going to receive the product at all. Product was delivered later than the time frame given at purchase.

I did not receive my complete order and…

I did not receive my complete order and they will not return any emails. I have now sent 3 emails. The only reason why this review is as it is, is because they continually send emails requesting reviews. I held off for 3 weeks hoping for some type of resolution. None. You keep asking for my opinion and you won't get back to me, hopefully you will look at this. For anyone thinking about buying, I would highly recommend against online buying. I bet the store would be great, but I'm on the other side of the US. :o( Can you tell I'm not happy with them?

Do not purchase anything

Do not purchase anything! It's been two weeks and I have yet to hear back about my order. First, I bought a bracelet and it was somehow out of stock after I ordered it. Second, I got an email asking for a prompt response (I did) and I told them that I wanted a refund for the bracelet. I only got a response 3-4 business days late. They agreed and said that they will ship out the other items. Third, it's been a week after they last responded and I have yet to hear back about my order! No updates. No nothing! Do not buy if possible.
