Sam at the centre was incredibly helpful and friendly. Managed to sort out a delivery for us at short notice and gave very good advice regarding our options and what the best product was for our needs. Would recommend to others.

Had a really good experience with Sam. He was responsive on the phone and we got a great bed at a good price delivered on time and assembled by a nice team would recommend!

The service, speed and quality were excellent! No complaints and will certainly be using again.

Exactly as I asked, driver on time, placed the new mattress where I asked, removed the old one, in and out in 10 minutes 10/10

My experience with this company has been excellent , from 1st call to delivery , I dealt with lovely young man called Scott he delivery next day at time he said very respectful and very helpful I can honestly say I will be using them again telling all my friends &family it is very rare nowadays to have so polite , respectful companies to treat. you like a customer and not just give. Treat you as nobody the bed I got was beautiful I got for my granddaughter .thankyou again Scott

Coining robbing bastard. Took my money and gave me a date for delivery that was missed,. rescheduled and repeated several times, never once answered a phone until threatened, then promised to give me £50 good will gesture which I'm still waiting on 3 months later. Absolute prick of a man. Can't wait til he shows face

Waiting for refund and store now closed.... over promise and under deliver. Avoid anything to do with this company. Probably open under another name.

Highly recommend Glasgow Bed Centre, Excellent service and attention from Scott who couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble to get everything just right. Also to the two delivery drivers who were also great. Many thanks Glasgow Bed Centre for your excellent service.

I ordered a new king size mattress when it was delivered I immediately saw that this was not the mattress I had ordered, I said to the driver it was the wrong mattress and he said it was the only one in the van. Glasgow Bed Centre tried to get me to buy a more expensive mattress, but I refused. Received and e'mail confirming a refund of £475.00 on the 21/01/25., which has still not been paid back to me. Luckily I used my M & S card who I have asked them to pursue on a section 75. Buyer beware.

Really bad customer service refund is delayed to their customer I have been calling and sending emails and messages refund has not been processed and we were given a wrong bed I don’t have time to sit and continually txt call and sending emails email like there is no response at all shit service

Fantastic friendly service, from both the store and delivery driver. Went above and beyond to arrange delivery of a bed and mattress for us very quickly. One super happy wee boy has a new bed in time for Christmas! Much appreciated.

I had contacted The Glasgow Bed Centre to buy a mattress for me tenant. I am from Glasgow, but now live in Newfoundland, Canada. I done the transaction completely online via messaging. Customer service was excellent and everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend them.

We tried out the display mattresses and happily chose one , we received a different type that was a completely different company “it was not a mistake “ , I asked for explanations I was given none , It took 40 days until they refunded the amount , everything was Dodgey.. it was a proper Scam attempt .
