Great for landlords if you require a quick turnaround of a flat. The salesperson understood exactly what I required as a landlord. I will be happy to use this company again for my own property as well as for my rentals.

I got two sets of beds and mattress from them. When I used them I understood the difference between sleeping and having a quality sleep. In fact you can never regret any moment spent on those beds. My next furnishing will definitely be from them. I recommend them 10/10

Great quality of bed, communication was great, no problem to deal with at all, delivery drivers polite.

I bought a bed from this shop a year ago and absolutely delighted with it. It has storage underneath and is so easy to lift even for an elderly person. I also bought a matching headboard and ottoman and both were excellent quality and value . I also bought chest of drawers and bedside tables . All the products were excellent quality and value for money and the staff so helpful

I ordered my bed from them 1/10/20 and it's been nothing short of a shambles. The bed was delayed, wasn't advised of this, had to call up to be told.

Bed#1 arrives after almost 6 weeks, wrong colour and 2 different bases which don't fit together! Also sent without headboard, wasn't informed about this until delivery. Informed a member of staff who first said they'd mixed up part of my order with another customer and would send the correct part out a few days later. It then transpired that they had ordered the wrong base for me, so would have to reorder the correct one.

Bed#2 arrived 24/11, and one of the feet wouldn't attach to the base properly. I was told that I wasn't using enough force to get it in, never mind the fact that I'd got the other 7 in with no issue, and all 8 on the previous bed. Was advised to prop it up and someone would come out the next day to sort it. Lo and behold, there was something blocking it from going the full way in!

So finally, 8 weeks after ordering it we can finally sleep on out new bed! No. Sat on it and there was a popping sound, part of the base had detached and was visibly hanging down. Was informed 26/11 they would order a replacement, and that was the last I heard from this member of staff.

I tried to call multiple times, sent messages via messenger and the contact form on the website and heard nothing back. Until I replied to a comment on their Facebook page with my experience. Amazingly, someone was very quick to get back to me! After they deleted my comment of course.

By this point it had been 14 weeks since I ordered the bed. I asked that they cancel the replacement and issue a refund, as I was sick of waiting. I appreciate that the pandemic has caused issues but there was zero communication from them, unless you chased them up. They stated that they couldn't accept the returned bed as it had been used - what else were we supposed to sleep on for 6 weeks?! Sent them the points of the Consumer Rights Act which they weren't fulfilling, didn't have much to say except sending me the link for their returns policy.

At this point I'd had enough and contacted my credit card company and started a Section 75 claim, which I found out today was successful! I highly urge anyone who's been in a similar situation to do the same, they refused to accept any responsibility. In all honesty, if they'd have been better at communicating issues I probably wouldn't have taken it this far but I'm glad I did.

In short, avoid these people like the plague.

I have emailed them 5 times looking for an update for my order. I have order my elderly father a bed on 5th of February and I have no word since. No response from emails, no response from phone calls and I have had 0 updates. If I don’t have a response by Monday I will be reporting fraud to my bank and police.

Horrible company, have ordered a bed been waiting for 2 months now, no replies of emails and have tried several of which not even a single is been picked.
Please avoid them for your own sake.

Faultless bed, service, communication, knowledge and price. I bought a divan from the bed centre and made some mistakes in ordering. They helped me with complete efficiency and knowledge of the product which is both surprising and just great these days. The bed is wonderful and the price more than reasonable. They communicated perfectly throughout and kept in touch about delivery which was quick and efficient. Please support this local company. You will be delighted and I want to keep them open so that all of my new beds will come from them. They are a real find.

Bought multiple beds and mattresses from this company. Every time they have been able to provide excellent goods and services.

We did have an issue with one of the footboards being marked during transit, however, they immediately offered to replace it and couldn't have been more helpful.

In furtherance to my previous review, I was emailed by the manager and informed my money would be returned on 19/12. He has now ignored 2 emails demanding my money be returned, I still await this. This company are not trustworthy if something goes wrong. Failed deliveries, poor communication and broken promises regarding refunds. Avoid at all costs.

The bed was more affordable than I could find elsewhere and is good quality. They could deliver the same week. This was a big plus as some other companies couldn't deliver until next month. Customer service was great too. I am glad I used this local company and would recommend to others.
