Ordered early December 2025, should have received Feb '26, still nothing in April.

Ordered early December 2025. They emailed early Feb 2026 that the furniture had been manufacturered and shipping would take 2 weeks.
Come April, no furniture, no communication. Chasing multiple times via email and calls. No response. Asked for refund now. Suddenly, the manufacturer are now shipping and it would take 2 weeks.
I didn't want the furnture anymore, and gave them 2 weeks to refund. They now have less than 2 days to refund. When they invariably miss that deadline, straight to credit card company to claim for fraudulent activity, and to claim section 75 consumer credit card act.
Do yourself a favour, and AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.
-- update it's now May 12, and no shelf and no refund in sight.... Credit card company now involved.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Ordered an expensive cabinet from this website in September (delivery 8-10 weeks). No update and each time I called no one called me back. 14 weeks later and after chasing more than 20x I was finally told that the order "has some issue" (but unable to show any actual documentation from the supplier the order was placed or that there was indeed an issue) and now potentially another 8 weeks. I have now disputed the order as a fraudulent transaction with my credit card company. Do not buy from this website. No customer service and took money from customer with no product or delivery at all. It is a scam.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED AND REFUND NEVER RETURNED

Products are shown in stock, when they are not. After weeks of wait, asked for a refund and guess what? A month later and no refund returned. They just keep calling here and there to apologize saying they are having issues refunding. Seriously a joke. Do not recommend ordering from them! AVOID!

Poor communication and no ownership of delivery issues

I ordered from Glassdomain on BlackFriday and there has been a real pain to get my package delivered. The first delivery attempt was after around 6 weeks without me getting any email or sms about delivery. I wasn't home when the attempt has been made so the package was delivered to a collection point a couple of miles far from my place. I called more than 10 times hoping that I will get the parcel redelivered but they've did nothing but to delay me over and over and after 2 months of waiting, I had to collect the parcel myself.

Just received my 2 Kartell bar stools…

Just received my 2 Kartell bar stools from Glassdomain. Great company for keeping you up to date regarding your purchase. Best price too. Delivery guys were very helpful too. They unpacked and checked over both stools for me, prior to me accepting my delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.

Cheapest price I could find on the internet so very happy. Clear communication about progress of order and delivered safely.
