Dreadful. Posted a review about my old company, only for them to remove it for no reason. They are protecting fraudlent businesses, and businesses that operate appallingly.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Useless, as other reviewers mentioned you can't read anything without having to disclose your whole life to them; and even then, they still block most of the reviews.

Reviews deleted because was to harsh
I posted a review about my experience with my last employer CSU in Netherlands.
Glassdoor sent me an email stating that my reviews respect their etic and conduits but is a bit too harsh so I should change it.
I refused , therefore they delete it.
After that I went to therapist thinking is something wrong with me , but my therapist said I should start my middle finger therapy and ignore all this people who interfere with my happiness.
Now I'm living my dream with a GLASS of wine and the DOOR closed .

Asking bunch of personal questions, pretending they care about your genuinetivity, if this is even the word.
Waste of everyone's time
I would rate the company a Zero
I would rate the company a Zero. They promote false information. They are in the business of giving a forum for lying.
Never trust glassdoor
Wish there was a way to give no stars Or even minus stars.
I left a company because of their toxic workplace culture. I got picked on from the moment i walked in there to when i walked out the door. I left a review about them on their website as anonymous. only to be called the next day by a co worker telling me that management knows of my recent review. I asked how they knew as i was anonymous. And my co worker said companies have access to peoples id and location despite using fake emails or being anonymous. Thanks to glassdoor providing this to companies.
I been through 5 jobs this year trying to start new only for my toxic job to find me and inform my new employers of my affiliation with them in a negative light. Despite the fact i never mention them ever or left them out of my resumes.
My mental health is not in a good place for over a year because of this. Never trust glassdoor. They are the HR of the online review world. They even removed my review of them about this situation. And their positive reviews about them look so made up by bots
extremely stupid website
extremely stupid website. cannot read any reviews. it will ask you to login first, fine, but then it will ask you to review the workplace. I dont even work there yet, how on earth do I review it. And you cannot back out or change the page, stuck on the must review page.
Who cares !?
I can’t help but wonder if the founders of this platform are former disgruntled employees themselves. creating a space where others can anonymously vent, defame companies, and spread negativity without giving employers a fair chance to respond. I’m all for open communication, but it has to be balanced and constructive. I hadn’t even heard of this site until colleagues pointed out the reviews about our company. Ironically, I’m glad those who were dishonest, stealing, scamming, or lazy, now have somewhere to offload their venom. Hopefully, they’ll move on and channel their energy into something positive.
Enabling Abuse from Disgruntled Employees
This is a horrible site that allows or essentially encourages people who have been let go from a company, to vent and damage the reputation of employers. I have found stories that have no resemblance to reality and people claiming they worked in positions that never existed, probably so that the same angry person can place repeated character bashing or company bashing reviews. There is no way for employers to respond without it becoming an online pubic debate with disgruntled employees.
Cloudflare and Their Support Service Suck
Glassdoor is run by rude people who ignore complaints by not responding to messages while using Cloudflare's privacy nightmare. What once used to be a smaller business has turned into this bigger but arrogant one with insufferable people running it. People have gotten their reviews removed unfairly. It's all about pandering to corrupt business owners for money rather than protecting victims who have been wronged when their reviews get removed unjustifiably. Please avoid Glassdoor like the plague it is.
Unfulfilled Promises, Zero Support
I’m a business owner and was promised something from their customer service department and spent hours doing what they requested. They told me to send it to them and they would upload it for me. Only after doing the work and sending it over to them was I told there was going to be a fee (a monthly fee). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they don't have a way to escalate issues. I then reached out to a customer service manager on LinkedIn, and after two weeks and not hearing back, I reached out to the head of HR thinking they might care about this team member overpromising and underdelivering. After two weeks of not hearing back from him, I reached out to the CEO directly and never heard back from him. I didn't really expect to hear back from either of the last two but out of courteousness I had hoped maybe these professionals would respond letting me know they were going to have someone else follow up since I had forwarded my case number.
Very disappointing. A company should never become so big that they lose sight of their customers, particularly since companies are the reason they even have a platform.
worst company on the planet
Horrible company
My review was suddenly removed out of no where after being posted for over 3 months. They also leaked my information to my employer so my employer knew I wrote them a bad review. Horrible company
They suddenly removed one of my review
They suddenly removed one of my reviews after staying 3 years online fully approved, without any email or prior notice to inform me about that!!
In meantime they modified policy and rules without sending me any email, I checked all the mails from Glassdoor, I didnt receive any!!!they acted arbitrarily, disrespectfully , in spite on their own rules !!Awful customer support ! Liars , lazy and disrespectful! They completely mistreated me cause they didn't give me any proper notice or update about removing my review !! That's not correct at all, highly unfair behaviour from them!!
Worst website ever

Opaque, frustrating, and inconsistent
I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistencies with this platform lately. Some reviews appear quickly, while others never go live, even after approval. Support responses feel automated, and there’s little transparency about how moderation actually works.
Glassdoor was once a helpful tool for understanding company culture. Now it feels less reliable, and more like it’s protecting reputations rather than surfacing truth. Hard to rely on it the way I used to.
would never trust these reviews
would never trust these reviews, too easy for companies to write fake good reviews, whereas the one containing my genuine experience has been "pending" for way too long

Anonymous posting are like the graffiti in the toilet wall written by disgruntled employee who are fired or fake employer review to counter the trash.
All need to be flush down the toilet, unfortunately manage by investor money to keep this smelly place operating on notion of freedom for anonymous trash graffiti on the wall of toilets.
