Dreadful. Posted a review about my old company, only for them to remove it for no reason. They are protecting fraudlent businesses, and businesses that operate appallingly.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

See what reviewers are saying
Useless, as other reviewers mentioned you can't read anything without having to disclose your whole life to them; and even then, they still block most of the reviews.
Horrendous platform, impossible to login and use since indeed acquired them. Can only look at reviews once glassdoor has forced you to write once yourself. This is a Company that demands a lot of... See more

Fair employer
Fair employer, friendly coworkers, great work environment as well as good pay. Travis was an excellent help.
Fraudulent activity
Any negative review is fraudulent activity. Glassdoor is fraudulent. Stay away.

I would leave a zero if that were possible.
Half the jobs on this joke of a site don't even exist! Give it up,it's like a troll version of a job site!
I didn't use the social media aspect or…
I didn't use the social media aspect or the reviews. I found work eventually and I got feedback and response from companies interested in interviewing and hiring. It seemed to despondent for awhile and then my phone was constantly on the go. However, it was a mixture ( that period from February and April 2025) that wasn't a good time for the job market, as one contact told me that it wasn't a good time but reviewed my resume. I got many leads by visiting the employers website on careers. There was some had to restructure, The actual Glassdoor website its just a job market website. To honest, if you send out 20 application and i would get 2 response. I didn't find the area that helpful, way out of the rejoin, including the USA. Don't know why but they included it in my email alerts. I didn't find the search bar or tools user friendly.
Garbage site
I can never get onto the site. It blocks me and does not recognise the password. When I try to get a password link to change the password, it doesn't recognise that either.
They let people write scam reviews…
They let people write scam reviews about my company. When reported all they did - contacted reviewer by mail and got him saying that yes, he wants to keep it. And that's it, what a scam.
Inaccesible
Site inaccesible plein de pop up qui vous bloque tout le temps, infâme
Glassdoor is automatically removing my…
Glassdoor is automatically removing my reviews when I did not violate any of their guidelines.
When I submit a claim, they reply simply regurgitating their guidelines, without showing me how or when I supposedly violated any guidelines.
I have been job searching for a few months and felt compelled to leave Interview reviews about a handful of my experiences at various Companies, none of which called anyone out by name or insulted anyone. All were automatically put in the "Removed" status. Immediately, without even being reviewed by their team. Meaning, they must have blocked me at some time in the past with no notice.
They only reply with their guidelines that "you can only leave 1 review per type per company per user", which as I stated, I have only left a handful of Interview reviews-- one, all for different companies.
I feel like Glassdoor is doing something very shady and only looking out for the Companies and going against who they say they are.
I do have an account under another email, but I have never posted anything under that account.
Their Support agents don't give you any proof or tell you anything about where and how you violated their terms. So to me that says I did not in fact do anything wrong and they're just blocking me for no apparent reason.
Terrible website if you want to do some…
Terrible website if you want to do some research on the company you are looking at for a new job it wants your details in exchange! Stay away from this horrible website. ❌❌❌❌❌
Misleading
I recently posted a review about a company and they removed it for no reason
Negative feedback removed
Glassdoor removed all negative feedback for companies that meet community guidelines
Negative reviews are removed
Every negative review I have posted about companies I have worked at have been removed. There seems to be no way to challenge this or even ask why they were removed. Unbelievably biased towards the employer...
Crooked company with a terrible website design.
Crooked company.
You sign up, they give you a ridiculous social media style feed, share your data, and then make it a long process to delete your personal data and your account. 30 days!
When you have signed up however, it will continue to blur certain pages unless you join that group as an employee. I do not trust this. I can foresee future backhand payments being offered to grass up on employees by sharing names and e-mail addresses to business leaders and recruiters.
If you want to read reviews, you're immediately directed to leave your own review before being able to see others' by the most obnoxious half-screen eating banner. I don't want to leave a review.
Bad website, designed by bad people. Regardless of what companies like this claim, they say they adhere to EU privacy laws and GDPR, but as is often the case they say one thing and do another.
30 days until account delete for something I used for 5 minutes.
Also, these highly intelligent people didn't factor in that the UK website has a location selector that will only show US regions. DURRRRRRRRR.
Useless
Useless. Full of fake reviews.
Makes no effort to check if employee reviews are real or made by companies to discredit their competitors or the other way in terms of check if companies do not make fake reviews og themselves
I’ve been working for over 35 years and…
I’ve been working for over 35 years and have thought of trusting Glassdoor for the reviews. Until I posted two very honest reviews and they removed everything.
The main review I wanted to post was related with my experience with a company called Swogo. It was a small startup tech company and the CEO was a complete nightmare. I was fired on the second day because I’m partially blind and he didn’t like that. The whole team had about 10 people and everyone was extremely quiet during my time there. They were scared to death of losing their jobs because the owner was an egotistic jerk who would snap at anyone who spoke. The owner pays for the negative reviews to get removed. After coming here to Trustpilot, I can confirm that the previous reviews about this are absolutely true.
Glassdoor is nothing but a scam that sells your data and only allow people to speak for the positive reviews. I’ve never lied about my work experience and when I was harassed, I should have the right to share my experience. But NO. Not in this world.
Please avoid using Glassdoor and don’t even waste your time setting up your account, that takes a lot of time, and most importantly don’t trust the company reviews.
If I could give it 0 stars I would
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I do not want to give them my email or personal information but the site is unusable without. Absolute scam and shameful
Glassdoor allow for racist reviews.
They allow for racist reviews. I came across one with a racist title in all caps, reported it to Glassdoor, and they came back less than a day later with a message stating the review was looked over and approved by managers as being a totally fine and allowable review on their site. I will no longer be using Glassdoor, as I will not support racists.
I was really impressed that my accurate…
It was actually removed...I was really impressed that my accurate review of a previous employer was publish. Glassdoor appears to be an impartial platforms that allows people to keep others well informed. Thank you.
Racist DEI practice
They support very racist DEI practice.
This alone voids all they say.
