Fast service and a bargain
Broke my glasses and needed a quick temporary pair so I can see! Ordered on a Sunday, had them by Friday. The actual pair I got were £9 plus lenses. They're such good quality for the price that I'm going to stick with these for the long term - I've had loads of compliments!

Quite a simple process
Quite a simple process if your are ok with apps and websites (eye measurement app/glasses direct website.
Quite quick too on par with how long your need to wait for a high street optician to get your glasses.
Biggest concern was if the glasses were ok or not and the subsequent hassle that would entail but on this occasion that was not a problem. All in all I was very happy with the glasses, the cost was not much cheaper than the high street offers and that was disappointing. I really don't like the claims GD make about glasses being super cheap, starting from £15 etc it leaves a sour taste.

I was recommended by a colleague and was a bit dubious. I can ginesyjy say, I'll not be spending a small fortune at my usual high street rip-off opticians, ever again!
My glasses were fairly priced, excellent quality, and arrived quickly. My previous glasses from the hig steet are flimsy, have to be constantly fixed, and break easily..glasses direct are fabulous and I already have my next 2 pairs picked for payday!

I made a mistake in my first order
I made a mistake in my first order. This was the first time I made an order online for glasses.So I made an error with the prescription.
On arrival of the glasses my mistake was obvious.
I returned the first pair.
Before I had even posted the glasses back , GLASSES DIRECT had been in touch and helped me get the order correct.
They then made a replacement pair.
No fuss, no problems.
Within a very short time they dispatched a replacement pair.
Which are perfect.
Top company, highly recommend.

Really nice glasses at a good price, and delivered quickly. Process was easy, including measuring PD.

Excellent quality glasses
I had an initial issue with my prescription. However, Wendy from customer services, immediately stepped in to sort it for me, resulting in my glasses still arriving within the expected timescale.
My only disappointment this time is that my distance glasses arms were left straight, so fell off my face. I will now follow the guidelines to make them fit better.
I have bought several pairs of glasses from you, and all have been perfect otherwise.
