Problem resolved well
I have been ordering from Glasspebbles for several years and have always been happy with quality of the products, but an item in my last order wasn’t up to the usual standard. However, on querying this I received a phone call from the company to discuss the issue. Today I have received a replacement item which I am happy to say is up to their usual high standards. Excellent service.
